The Manor is just down the street. Take a stroll up to the Fort Hill Cemetery for spectacular sunset views over Fort Pond Bay. Everything is within biking distance, and plenty within walking distance. The golf course is just across the street.

Set back from the street, this corner lot property holds a quaint 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a cozy fireplace and outdoor shower. Outside, find a gently sloping lawn with mature trees & landscaping. Lounge chairs are in place for you to lie down and relax after a day at the beach, playing on the lake, or out on the golf course. The wrap-around deck is shielded by wooden slats & various plantings, and combined with the patio area & yard, this property offers multiple choices for outdoor enjoyment. There is a gas grill, and newly renovated kitchen with gas range & high end fixtures. You’ll find the extra bar sink in the kitchen especially convenient for hosting holiday parties or family gatherings.

Come inside and see the beautiful new renovation. It includes high-end appliances, lighting & fixtures as well as excellently chosen furnishings, and a well-planned layout. Tranquility reigns supreme when you’re inside this light-filled home. Sunlight floods the house all day long with three large sliders and plenty of windows. Cozy up to the fireplace and lounge around the tastefully decorated living room. The homeowner painstakingly removed all nails and blemishes from a 30-year old deck, and transformed those beautifully weathered boards into dining tables, coffee tables, headboards & more. Notice the reclaimed wood backsplash in the kitchen, with an oversized stainless steel sink. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house offers two dining tables suitable for 6, one inside and one outside. Both tables were built the same size, so they can be arranged end to end or side by side to accommodate larger dinner groups for al fresco BBQs and the like.

The upgrades continue in the bathroom with brand new fixtures & a pleasing color palate. A full sized washer and dryer are downstairs for your convenience, along with ample space in the full basement to store surfboards, paddle boards, golf clubs, fishing poles, and any other gear you may have. The extra side door allows for easy access.

Entertainment includes flat screen TV, generous cable package with tons of movie channels & DVR, WiFi, and Bose Sound Dock. Housekeeping services are provided for long term rentals.

Accommodations include two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third that can be set up as a bedroom with double bed, a baby’s room with a pack-n-play, or use it as an office. About Briana Connolly

Briana was born and raised in Montauk and works full time at the family business. Her dream of owning a home on Fairlawn was realized in the winter of 2014, when she purchased this property as her first home. She has spent much time since tirelessly renovating the property to make it the ideal Montauk escape, updating the kitchen, adding a patio, landscaping, modernizing the space & designing a unique screening for the deck to add privacy.

Briana grew up just down the street and always loved the convenience of the neighborhood, affectionately called 'the hood' by she and her friends when they were children. Her parents still reside in her childhood home, and being close to family is very important to her. Fairlawn Drive became even more appealing when her cousin built a house across the street.

What makes this house unique

This home is located just steps away from Bri's sister around the corner (VRBO 981437), the Shea's at 44 Fairlawn (VRBO 578649), and the Davis's at 48 (VRBO# 462030). The Murtha house (VRBO 482816) is across the golf course. Briana's sister also runs a lakeside cottage (VRBO 722165). Great stay - will be back

Stayed here with my wife and 1 year old for 5 days and had a great time - we will stay here again. The house itself was very nicely redone by Bri and is perfectly located (literally a 5 minute drive to beach, town, or the harbor) and on a quiet neighborhoody street. It is clean, modern, and still homey/cozy. No detail/accessory has been overlooked. Whatever you need, she has thought of it -- whether it is beach gear, cooking/grilling accessories, coffee makers, bikes, even an herb garden. The wraparound deck is really great for hanging out and eating. Bri also gave a very personalized experience - from asking if she could provide a Pack n Play for our son to putting out fresh flowers and a little treat in the fridge and giving us recommendations during our stay. I would point out that there are no beach permits provided, so if you're going to a local beach you have to either park at Kirk Park Beach (public parking by the IGA), or find alternate transportation (she does provide two beach cruiser bikes).

Great house in a great spot!

We had a great time here! Spent a week enjoying the town and the house. Great location, great house with everything one would need for a week at the beach. Brianna took very good care of us and our little dog. Laundry, beach towels, chairs, bikes, a little yard and a sundeck! The kitchen is very well-outfitted. Even fresh flowers on the kitchen table! We look forward to coming back next year!

Cozy beach house

We had a great time here. We stayed in the off season but still had the chance to enjoy the large yard and grill.

It's located in a very quiet and private part of Montauk.

The house itself is very nicely decorated. The kitchen was really well outfitted and a pleasure to cook in.

We would definitely stay here again.

Chic Gem in Montauk Close to Everything You Could Ever Want!

We booked the house as a last minute opportunity for the July 4th holiday based off the pictures and location alone, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. As a long time renter in East Hampton, we were looking for something that was well-located in the center of the action but still offered a premium. modern environment to call home for the week. The house has been renovated from top to bottom, and the interior looks like it comes straight from the pages of a William Sonoma Home catalog. All three bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds, so there is no need to do a straw pull for the bedrooms that leaves anyone unhappy. The house is the perfect size and quite honestly all you need for a stay. The owner really has thought of everything to make you comfortable and includes all bed linens, beach towels, well appointed kitchen with modern glassware and flatware for both inside and outside, washer and dryer, two beach cruisers to take to the beach, an excellent grill and outdoor cooler, and beautiful ambient lighting for entertaining at home. This came stocked with beer from the Montauk Brewing Company as a welcome gift. There is an amazing outdoor shower with strong pressure that allows you to feel at one with nature. And the house has strong wifi and and all of the cable/movie channels for a rainy day. The owner's parents run the heating and cooling company in Montauk so the air-conditioning is perfect and all showers are the perfect temperature.

The house is located near the golf course in a really quiet neighborhood that does not have a lot of through traffic. AND THE LOCATION can't be beat!!! The beach is less than a mile away, the center of town is a half mile, and all of the restaurants and bars you would want to hit are all right there (Surf Lodge, Harvest, North by Northwest, Ruschmeyers, Navy Beach is just down the road, and Gossmans is only a couple miles east). And there are no hassles with security deposit refunds, the owner is very prompt about reconciling this and refunding to you. This house is fantastic, and I plan on renting it again! Thanks Bri for giving us an amazing stay at your property!
