This recently updated and very cute Condo is situated on the first floor of the 'B' building.

There is a king-size bed in the bedroom with private full bath, a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, with an additional sofa bed in the living room.

2nd year returning. The condo is awesome.

Love the fact this condo is on first floor with pool right off porch. Also a stones throw to grocery shopping, shops, restaurants, beach and pier.

Cozy beach retreat close to it all

The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The decor and amenities are up to date and met all of our needs. Having beach items was a big plus! Just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Neighbors across the pool are close, but everyone was very nice and all worked out well. It was a very smooth and easy process to rent. And only a short drive away from Charleston.

We had a very nice stay! The 2 bedroom condo has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds and roomy enough for 6-7 people. Short walk to the beach and to all stores and restaurants in IOP. We would definitely rent this unit again.

NICE LITTLE GET AWAY !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit as we welcomed my husband home from being on Tour in the Air Force. We loved the homely feeling, the closeness to all including restaurants and the beach, and really just relaxing. We will book here again !!!

Great Location-Great Value!

Upon arrival we found the apartment to be very clean and stocked with all the items needed for an extended stay. The furniture was obviously newer and the beds quite comfortable.The location was convenient (easy walks) to the beach, great seafood restaurants, and shopping. (we fell in love with Harris TEETER Chicken!) The pools were well maintained and my husband swam regularly in October-November. (Try doing that outside in Pennsylvania) The owner/agent were very accommodating to any of our questions/needs.

The apartment itself could use a little updating (needs a new oven, carpeting and the outdoor patio/deck area could use a redo) but for the price this place is very nice and comfortable.

Thanks again for a great time and we will definitely be back!
