This recently updated and very cute Condo is situated on the first floor of the 'B' building.

There is a king-size bed in the bedroom with private full bath, a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, with an additional sofa bed in the living room.

Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, this spacious smoke-free condo is perfectly positioned. You are just steps from the beach and in walking distance to the Island’s best restaurants, shops, and park.

Great Location-Great Value!

Upon arrival we found the apartment to be very clean and stocked with all the items needed for an extended stay. The furniture was obviously newer and the beds quite comfortable.The location was convenient (easy walks) to the beach, great seafood restaurants, and shopping. (we fell in love with Harris TEETER Chicken!) The pools were well maintained and my husband swam regularly in October-November. (Try doing that outside in Pennsylvania) The owner/agent were very accommodating to any of our questions/needs.

The apartment itself could use a little updating (needs a new oven, carpeting and the outdoor patio/deck area could use a redo) but for the price this place is very nice and comfortable.

Thanks again for a great time and we will definitely be back!

Great Location - cute condo

Cute condo, great setup, close to the beach. the kids loved access to the fishing pier and the pool. This isn't 5 star luxury living like some of the huge houses on the IOP, but if you want a pool, close access to the beach, to be close to some shops and restaurants, and a comfortable place to come back to in the evenings this fits the bill perfectly. The beach closet had everything you could want for a day in the sand and it was so nice not to have to buy/bring boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. Beds were comfortable, and the pool off the back patio was great for us, but could get annoying for some if you wanted quiet in the afternoon and there were kids playing, we didn't mind, but someone else might. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils, and overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Perfect location for the Eclipse!

This condo was perfect for our trip to IOP to view the total solar eclipse this week. The owner, Tim, was incredibly accomodating and responsive to all my communications. The location couldn't be any better - walking distance to restaurants and shops in IOP and the grocery store is right around the corner. Walk across the street and you are on the beach. Step out your balcony and you are at the pool. What could be better?

The condo itself feels a lot bigger than it actually is. They have everything you could possibly need, including a ton of beach and pool toys, chairs and floats. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook and I can't think of anything they didn't have. There are even a number of board games and books to keep you entertained in case the weather isn't great.

It wasn't the most beautiful condo we've stayed in for vacation, but for the price it was probably one of the best values - and we travel a lot. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever venture back to Isle of Palms! Thanks for making our trip to see the eclipse a complete success, even if you might not have been responsible for clearing those clouds for us!

Great relaxation place.

I came to IOP with my elderly parents and my 2 eight year old grandchildren. We have stayed in this particular building but not this unit. We were delighted to be on the ground floor with the pool at our balcony. My parents could enjoy seeing the kids in the pool but stay in the shade. We did have a couple of hiccups. The microwave stopped working and had to be ordered, so we had a smaller microwave, but it served our purposes well. The property manager delivered the microwave right away; We also requested a second parking pass and that was delivered with no problem whatsoever. The sliding glass door would not open and my father and I could not lift it back onto the track, so the maintenance man came by and fixed that for us right away. Tim has always answered my calls and responded to any need I had ASAP. I will definitely book this property again and would recommend to others.
