The Pacific Surfliner train arrives daily at the pier for a coastline excursion to Los Angeles, Disneyland, or San Diego Sea World.. Shops and restaurants in historic downtown are a short walk.

My name is Patricia. A native to Southern California, I was born in Orange County, grew up in Los Angeles and first moved to San Clemente in 1979 where my 2 children grew up and have made San Clemente their homes here as well.

Why Patricia chose San Clemente
I purchased the triplex on Victoria in 1998 where I have been a resident manager since. In 2004, the largest of the 3 units was remodeled and is where hundreds of families from Orange County and throughout the world have created vacation memories.
What makes this Condo unique
Enjoy the georgeous views of the ocean and the Pierbowl from the balconies and the ability to walk to the pier, beach and the beach trail. San Clemente's historic downtown and it's unique shops is an easy 10 minute walk. Enjoy the many events throughout the year that are right here in the Pierbowl or walking distance to downtown and neighboring beaches.

Fantastic spot for a relaxing week away
We were a party of six: two sets of parents and two toddlers. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and gorgeous San Clemente.
We liked the location because of how central it is to so many great things. 1 hour drive to LA Rams Game, 45 min to Disneyland, 1 hour to San Diego Safari Zoo, 1 hour to LAX, and 20 min to Laguna Beach.
The actual condo is basic and functional. Comes exactly as advertised and the garage full of toys is a great 'value added' touch.
We hope to be back in 2018!
Amazing Location and House
Loved the area. Walking distance to the pier, had a garage full of beach toys and supplies for all types of people. Will definitely book again!

Great location and great owners
My family of 6 (4 kids ages 3-10) plus my mom and aunt stayed in this rental for the month of March. The location is great and the unit was perfect for our needs. We surprisingly spent a lot of our time in the little backyard, an amenity that I learned is rare in this area! This is not a luxury unit, but it was perfect for us- full kitchen w/plenty of seating, a cozy main level with a nice deck, and plenty of space for us in the lower level bedrooms. The garage is packed FULL of beach chairs and toys, coolers, surfboards, boogie boards, even a wagon and beach cart. We used the wagon EVERY SINGLE DAY to lug our stuff back and forth to the beach- I wouldn't have survived without it! The walk to the beach is short but uphill coming home and it is killer!
Patti and Jean are gracious, available, warm hosts and we feel lucky that this unit is available as a vacation rental. We would stay there again without a doubt!
Your Beach House was exactly what we needed for our 50th Anniversary celebration.
You are the best and were so very helpful and accommodating. We had a minor snafu with sheets (result of new cleaning crew) but you quickly resolved it. The listing and pictures accurately described the house and your customer service was excellent. We loved being able to walk to the beach and pier (and Starbucks and Baskin/Robbins) and your provisions of beach equipment was so helpful. Sitting on the upper deck with the view of the ocean was superb! We loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you SO much.

A $500.00 deposit is due to make a reservation. Rent and taxes due 30 days in advance of your stay. After departure, your deposit minus $120.00 cleaning fee will be refunded within 21 days provided there is no loss or damage. Rates may be subject to change until reservation confirmed. Holiday rates may apply.
