This was an amazing stay! We had a group of 9 and there was still so much space and beds to include more if needed. This house had it all, no one wanted to leave. We definitely recommend this home and will be back in the future!

We had a 4-night reservation for our family as our daughter’s wedding was nearby. The house was clean, inviting and very spacious.The host was great and responded quickly to my messages. I’d definitely recommend a stay at this property!

The host was very communicative and accommodating- especially letting us check in early and shipping back sandals we left at no cost. We really appreciated that. The house overall was not as luxurious as the pictures show. The beds were comfortable but overall the home was kind of awkward and not well maintained. We wouldn’t choose to stay again for the price.

The house and location were great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I’m giving four stars because a few small amenities we’re used to in other short-term rentals weren’t available, such as basic spices (even salt and pepper) and coffee. We also discovered one of the beds was broken during our stay, which we hadn’t been aware of beforehand. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few small touches, it would be even better.

Great backyard, great location

We had a group of 12 (6 teenageers, 6 adults) stay at the house. Checkin was a breeze and the owners communicated with us well, fixing the ice and water in the fridge and offering to deliver things that were missing! Other than a few items the kitchen could have used, we had a great time. The backyard had plenty of things to keep us busy, including a solid ping pong table, hot tub, pool, games, tv. The location was great and we never had a hard time finding parking.

Oceanside vacay

Our grandkids loved the pool and we had plenty of room for all 10 of us. It was in a good location. Close access to beach and freeway. It was a great time!

Excellent location close to the beach and conveniences!

The house was very spacious and clean. The owner and Property Manager were both friendly and easy to work with. The bedrooms were huge! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have fun! Although we did not use them, the pool, hot tub and fire pit were all very nice too!

A wonderful refuge

We had a much smaller group than we had planned, but the space to be outside all day, and cook all of our own meals made for great family time. The wifi worked great, and it's a super walk to the beach. Thank you!

Great Property & Awesome Pool

We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday with our kids and grandkids. The property was very spacious but the pool with the spa and slide was the best. We were able to spend time at the beach and then unwind back at the house while the kids played in the pool. We bbq every night with the outdoor kitchen a huge plus.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We took our three adult children, their spouses and our four grandchildren to Legoland, San Diego Safari Park and the ocean. The house was located very conveniently to all of these attractions. The back yard was a total hit. That is where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong and playground area. We would definitely return!

Great Location, Amazing Pool/BBQ/Play Area!

Great location, perfect for large groups, and the backyard/pool area is awesome! Very minor complaints about the quality of some of the items in the house along with some functional issues...i.e. you can't get to the backyard without walking through a bedroom or going out the front door, around the side through a heavy wood gate, and then down several steps. Overall, a great place to stay though!

First time Our Family decided to get a house all together!

Our whole family, us the parents and our 4 adult children with families 14 of us in all had a blast! The house was clean, and spacious enough for us to all have time together and apart. The pool and hot tub were for us the best part, we spent most of our time out there. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable safety wise. I would recommend this property.

Blocks to one of the best beaches in Southern California - Beautifully remodeled home on a large 6398 sqft lot -- 5 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms - 22000 square foot 2-story home in a beach community. Quiet neighborhood in downtown Oceanside. Quick walk to the world famous Oceanside Pier. Nearby are casual upscale restaurants, movie theater, bars, outdoor amphitheater, shopping & nearby LEGOLAND. The home has a new kitchen, baths, new pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, and horse-shoe pit. All new appliances. Deck and a patio. Lots of space throughout. Great find!
