Close proximity to the beach and only a block to Lover's Point, and just 1 block to kayak & bicycle rental, volleyball court and stunning Monterey Bay views. The Coastal Trail begins at Lover's Point, offering an easy & scenic traffic-free walk or bike ride to Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Fisherman's Wharf. 2 blocks away, you can enjoy the convenience of restaurants, coffee shops, market, bakery, museum, art galleries and library.

The house is located on a quiet one-way street. There is no on-site parking, but on-street parking is available without restrictions.

Home offers three bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, and three separate sitting rooms for gathering or escaping. Intimate patio area with barbecue and fire pit.
Washer and dryer in the unit.

No Pets. The home was built in 1906 and has been completely renovated. It has quaint Victorian architecture, great for adults and teens but not suitable for small children. Upstairs windows are low-to-the-ground and may pose safety concerns for toddlers.

Fantastic location - 2 blocks up to a row of restaurants, 2 blocks down to the ocean. Super comfortable house, kids loved the upstairs especially having their own sitting area. Street parking was a bit of a pain during a prime spring break week - always found a spot within a few blocks but still stressful with luggage, kids, etc. It was ok for us, but lack of AC upstairs combined with windows without screens meant the upstairs bedrooms could get quite stuffy despite plentiful fans - I'd be concerned in warmer months. Overall, a great experience for us.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a beautiful home. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It is in walking distance to the water and to downtown. There is a great sitting area in the backyard and some sitting in the front of the house. It is a quiet street. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Walkable to restaurants, coffee houses, the butterfly grove, even the aquarium which is about a mile away.Tricia and David are superb hosts, providing many thoughtful amenities that allowed us to enjoy our stay in their amazing home. No need to bring anything but your toothbrush! Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and so close to everything. We love sitting on the front porch or the chairs in front of the house, with a cup of coffee (am) or wine (pm) and relaxing.

We have curated a space to relax, refresh and renew. Everything you need is within a few blocks. Highly recommended an early morning walk a block away to see the spectacular sunrise over Monterey Bay.
