Courchevel #27 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bright and sunny completely remodeled condo with its own private one car garage and free wireless high speed internet. Parking for a second car is available by permit on the complex. Only 420 yard to the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge, this is the perfect getaway for couples or small family. The first floor above the garage is the spacious living area with the kitchen, dining and living rooms all open to each other. The modern fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Living room has a large 46" flat screen TV with a Blueray player, large wraparound couch and wood burning fireplace. Free firewood is stacked in the garage. This unit sleeps up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, modern new furniture and a flat screen TV. The adjoining master bath has a separate vanity area and floor to ceiling shower with glass doors and new tile. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the second full bath has a tub/shower. The living room has a full size sleeper couch. The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook all your meals. The fireplace worked well. The jacuzzi and sauna were impeccably maintained. It's a short walk to canyon lodge and The Austria House for great dinners.

The condo is updated with a great floor plan. The main floor is open with a nice kitchen that has been updated. The two bathrooms were also updated and the rooms had nice amenities. It is close to the Canyon Lodge, about two blocks away and worked perfectly for our ski weekend. We would even go back to the condo for lunch because it was so close. There is a gondola at the Canyon Lodge that will take you into the center of town or you can pick up the trolley after hours. The public transportation was all free and easy access. We parked the car in the garage and didn't need to use it the whole time. The hot tub access is right next door to the condo and was perfect after a long day of skiing. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo and can't wait to plan another trip back to Mammoth.
World class skiing and snowboarding on Mammoth Mountain in winter. Endless summer fun with fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and almost any other outdoor activity. The Town of Mammoth Lakes has plenty of shopping venues and a wide range of restaurant choices.
