3 bedroom, 2 bath home on quiet cul de sac. 25' of canal for boating, fishing, swimming, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Updated throughout in 2014-15 to include 300 square foot deck overlooking canal attached to house and a 200 + square foot deck at the canalfront. New granite in kitchen and tiled bathrooms. New fixtures, hardware, vanities throughout. The Colington Harbour community offers the following amenities only 1 mile from house:

Very helpful

This home is lovely and we enjoyed riding bikes we rented in the neighborhood. The community park is very nice. The owner was very helpful in providing tips for my planning of a family reunion for the week.

Long weekend on OBX

Had a beautiful long weekend at "Teacher's Lounge". We had Mom, Dad, Son, Daughter in Law and Granddaughter. Many small fish and crabs caught in canal. Community pool was enjoyed and surprisingly not very busy. The home had all the supplies needed and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.
