Rent a kayak or boat and take advantage of seeing this area from the water. Camp Leott Sunfish is a newly renovated and beautifully maintained first floor unit very close to the water. Sunfish has a fully equipped kitchen with attractive granite counter tops and a glass tile back splash, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, and more, a 3/4 bath with private dressing area, king bed, dining table and chairs, side chair and covered outdoor deck. Why Leah Fitzpatrick chose East Boothbay
I have been in love with Maine since I first saw a photograph in my fifth grade geography book! The history and landscape are beautiful. Once we met the people of this region we knew we had to live here. We had been looking at real estate resources for many months. One morning my husband said 'honey, I think I found something in Boothbay but I don't know if you will like it' One look at the beautiful sunsets and gorgeous water view and I said ' Let's call and book a flight!' As we drove from Portland to Boothbay we were more and more enthralled with the region and the beauty and the food as we stopped to eat the lobster rolls!! We were certain that it couldn't get any better. As we drove through Wiscassete (The Prettiest Village in Maine) we were touched by the quaintness of this village and the beautiful Sheepscott River, once we entered Boothbay and drove past the General Store there was no stopping!! We made it down Ocean Point road and turned onto the road into Waters Edge just at Sunset!! Wow! What a sight! We were home!! Now, we always make certain we get there in time to purchase our groceries and wine at the grocery store on the way in to be able to get back home in time for the first sunset of our stay. We never get tired of the music, dancing, wonderful food, outdoor activities, and site seeing. We have made many friends in our short time in this area. We have explored the nearby towns of Bath, Brunswick, Wiscassete, Edgecomb, Damariscotta, Camden, Hollowell, and Castine but always are so happy to return to this very quiet and serene place on the water. Ahhh Heaven!!

Perfect setting for a Maine getaway
We loved the room as a home base to all the area has to offer. It is very small. That being said, it’s updated with high quality features, very modern kitchen and barhroom. Very comfortable bed. We made breakfast every morning and sat outside at the table on the porch where we could look at the water and boats. Parking was super convenient. The small waterfront access was great for wading and finding shells. We took advantage of the area and went on a whale watching tour, visited the botanical gardens (a must see - world class), several top notch restaurants, small conservation parks for hiking and exploring the waterfront. Truly a relaxing vacation!
Amazing views and sunsets!
This is a great little “condo”. Not a lot of room however if you are using it as a home base this is perfect. We stayed 5 nights and cooked in 3. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing it doesn’t have is a grill to bbq. We also had issues with the refrigerator staying cold. We did not contact Leah as we made due.
The neighbors were all pleasant and social. The sunsets are breath taking.
As stated in other reviews there is a $1500 deposit that is charged which is quite steep. I had to contact Leah to request the refund which she refunded immediately. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend if you are in the Booth Bay Area. Can’t wait to return in the near future!
Perfect Vacation Spot
We had a great time in Maine! The rooms were beautiful, clean, well designed, and came with all the amenities needed. Also, being in walking distance of the ocean, good food, and hiking at the Linekin Preserve made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable! We definitely recommend Camp Leott!!
Relaxing and beautiful!!!
Really enjoyed our stay. So much to see and experience in this area and this was the perfect little place to begin and end each day. Even was fortunate to meet Leah and she was a delight to chat with. Very blessed by our first trip to Maine and staying here was part of that blessing!!! Thanks again for sharing your property!!!
The property was adequate but nicer if just a bit larger for 2 people to sit comfortably. Otherwise, great location, clean, relaxing, nice setting, king bed was a must.
Great place to stay that's super quiet and only 10 minutes from Boothbay Harbor. Super clean, efficient and nice. Beautiful and looks just like the photos. I highly recommend this place. Big bed, easy place to be.
