Additionally, the apartment is located just 10 minutes walking from Barcelona's historic centre (Catalonia Square and Gothic quarter).

- No more people shall remain in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.



To avoid disturbing neighbours, the terrace cannot be accessed from 11:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m.



The tourist tax of €6.25 per person per night is not included in the price. This amount must be paid upon arrival for persons aged 17 and over and only for the first 7 nights of the stay.
