Escape to downtown Boulder and enjoy our beautiful 4 bedroom home in the heart of it all. Recently remodeled in 2011, our home offers all the amenities needed to feel right at home. We are in close walking distance to Pearl St Mall, the University of Colorado campus and football stadium, restaurants, bars, microbreweries, shopping, and all the recreational activities that Boulder has to offer. Located in a highly desirable, small neighborhood perched on a bluff just north of Pearl Street, the views are expansive and above the treeline of downtown Boulder. The location is truly a hidden gem, right downtown but lifted above on a quiet and peaceful street.

If there is a chef in your party, the kitchen is sure to please. With professional style Thermadore appliances including wine fridge and heat lamps, you have all the tools to turn out an amazing dishes for your party. Our pet peeve with traveling is having to purchase all the small ingredients needed even for simple dishes. Not the case here. From a variety of premium olive oils, sea salts, and vinegars to a well stocked spice cabinet, feel free to take a little and leave a little. If you come when the garden is in bloom, fresh vegetables and herbs are right outside the door. The kitchen openly adjoins the living and dining spaces in the great room, creating a very social environment.

The master suite is located on the second floor of the home, which features a king bed with built in reading lights and private bathroom with double vanities. Also on the upper level is a second bedroom/den and bathroom. This spare room can be used as a private den or pull out the queen plus sized sleeper sofa for an additional bed. This is not your average sleeper sofa – it is a new American Leather Comfort Sleeper that does not disappoint for a great nights rest. American Leather is the only manufacturer with a sleeper sofa that uses a memory-foam mattress that’s made of Tempur-Pedic’s Tempur material (no springs or bars). The third and fourth bedrooms are on the main floor past the office nook and are separated by an additional full bathroom. One has a queen bed, the other a full.

We have a full washer/dryer, central heat and AC, high speed internet, 2 flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans in every room, grill, and full patio sets front and back.

This is our primary residence, so no large parties are allowed. The garage and master closet are owner lockout areas and will not be accessible.

Often we can be found wakeboarding, hiking, skiing, biking or enjoying a favorite camping spot. Beautiful house, good communication, nice location

Beautiful house, great for multiple couples. All the furnishings and finishes are nice. The kitchen is top notch. The location is about a 15 minute walk to Pearl St so it's pretty convenient but most people would probably rather drive or Uber. The neighborhood is high end! The owners were easy to reach by phone/text and quick to respond. The sleeper-sofa is definitely better than average - it's a memory foam mattress and much close to a "real bed."

5 Stars All-Around!

This home is beautiful but at the same time comfortable. The home was very clean and well maintained. Fantastic kitchen - a cook's delight. Plenty of room for people to spread out and have privacy, but also large enough common areas for everyone to gather. Beautiful views of the nearby mountains and a short walk to the Pearl Street Mall. The location was great and we could either walk or take inexpensive uber or lyft rides to most every place we wanted to go. It's also not far from the bus that you can ride to the Eldora ski resort which we took advantage of.

The owners were the best we've experienced with a VRBO property. Very responsive and accommodating. They provided us an abundance of helpful information about the home and the surrounding area/things to do. We also appreciated the wine and goodies they left for us. (Traveling rarely provides the opportunity to eat along the way so we arrived starved!) They really make the effort to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. We would definitely look to book this property again if we return to Boulder.

Great location! Amazing kitchen!

We decided to spend our Thanksgiving in Boulder this year and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay than this home. It is large enough to accommodate a family, was extremely clean and organized. The location was perfect - we enjoyed walking into Boulder (10 -15 min walk) to enjoy all the fabulous restaurants and breweries. I absolutely LOVED the kitchen. Extremely well equipped and the appliances were a delight to cook with!!! (I usually don't enjoy cooking but this kitchen made it fun!). My kids and I actually played a game to try to find something that the kitchen did not have - could not come up with anything. Steve was a delight to work with and was extremely responsive, and gave us great suggestions. If I go back to Boulder I would absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous Home in Great Location

We spent an extended weekend at this home and had a great experience. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 7. It has a terrific open floor plan which is nice for socializing and relaxing with a larger group. We loved the location - just a few minutes' drive to the heart of Pearl Street, though you could certainly walk as well.

The owners were outstanding. We were greeted with a bottle of a wine and a welcome letter with tips about the home and boulder upon arriving and the owners were available for questions throughout our trip - even responding within minutes of my email about a technology issue with the TV! The offer to use the well-stocked kitchen as if it were our own was just what we were looking for .

We certainly recommend it.

Beautiful property - very well equipped!

A group of 4 women stayed at this property for Labor Day weekend to attend a wedding. The home was so clean and well equipped! The kitchen is fabulous and has everything and more we needed. Loved sitting on the back porch chatting in the morning and evening. The area was beautiful and quiet. The bedrooms were all so comfortable with well equipped bathrooms as well. The only slight negative was that in the master bedroom there was no place to hang closes as the closet was locked.

We would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.
