We always enjoy our stay in this well equipped condo.

This condo comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The website has great instructions on how everything works. The location is perfect. It is on the quiet side of Mission Bay but only a block walk to the Pacific side. Relax on the deck or walk on the front boardwalk. Enjoy your own barbecue or try one of the many restaurants nearby. Definitely a place to sit back and relax!

Responsive hosts, excellent location for the most part. (The noise from the roller coaster was not an issue as it was periodic and finished at bedtime. The neighborhood also has some airport noise.) Black out curtains in the bedrooms would help as well. But overall four stars - clean, well equipped , lots to walk to and a lovely bay view too!

This is the third year my grandchildren, my husband and myself have stayed at this condo. It has a fabulous view of the bay and is conveniently located to the beach, Belmont and shopping. What a cute condo in an absolutely fantastic location! Walk right outside your door to the bayfront sand. Paddle boarding in the morning is so peaceful! We also rented a Hobie cat and were able to sail right up to the beach in front of the condo. Ocean is a quick walk away as well as Belmont Park. Walk to Starbucks and breakfast burritos in the morning. Shopping and plenty bars and restaurants around too! We really liked the restaurant "ceviche and beers". The place was very clean, kitchen well stocked, check in and check out was extremely easy. We traveled with two adult adults and three teenage kids. It was possibly a little bit tight for this many people, but the rollaway beds were super helpful.

Our condo was clean, updated kitchen and baths and tastefully decorated. It was within walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants. Kelly, our host, was awesome. I had a few questions upon arrival and Kelly texted back immediately. The view from our third floor balcony was incredible. My niece loved collecting seashells on the marina beach. Highly recommend and would book again!

Interior was nice although could use some updating. Well stocked as far as kitchen dishes and cookware. Location was great with nice views and privacy being on 3rd floor. Outside of building could use a little work. Overall we had a great time!

Dream vacation spot?

Overall upkeep of the place was pretty bad. The place was dated, but would have been OK if it had been cleaned, painted and repairs done. Driving up to the car port, the entrance doors were in need of paint. Plaster had been knocked off one post and needed to be replaced. First view upon entering the the condo was a dirty window with bird poop on it. Window sills had not been cleaned for quit some time. dinning chairs were dirty. A brand new refrig. in the kitchen, but the ice-maker had not been hooked up. Drapes in living room were broken. Master bath had mold in the shower, and plaster falling off thenwall with rust showing. We generally had a good experience. The view from the 3rd floor was spectular,and the beach was beautiful and clean.

Visited with my three grown children. Location was perfect for our needs.. loved the Mission beach view out the big windows.. Could walk to so many restaurants, the beach, bike rental place, etc... As others have stated, the place is a bit dated, but honestly, it had all we needed.. Beds were comfy and curtains darkened the room nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

As Arizonans, we spent our summers traveling to San Diego. Chris’s family now lives here, and Kelly has cherished childhood memories of staying in the same vacation rental each year.

We had always dreamed of owning a home by the water, and in 2006, that dream became a reality when we purchased our South condo. The following year, the condo across the hall became available, and it’s now our North condo. What we never anticipated was that this journey would evolve into a successful adventure lasting over 19 years. We truly enjoy running our small business and take great pleasure in hosting guests from all around the world.

As hosts, our goal is to ensure you feel right at home and have everything you need. Our property manager, Dani, who has been with us almost from the start, is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out— we’re here for you!
