This luxurious compound features a 3,500 square foot stucco main residence with 1 bedroom, a spacious guest house with 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, and a pool house with a sleeper bed and a full bathroom.

The main house has a large primary suite with full bath, media room, large living room, dining room, chef's kitchen and 2 half bathrooms, several fireplaces and soaring ceilings. The home features inviting designer furnishings and decor, high end finishes and terracotta tiled floors throughout.

There is a 2 bedroom guest house with two separate queen bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with their own en-suite full bathroom and a shared small living room.

There is a pool house, listed here as Bedroom 4, that has a queen sofa bed and private full bathroom.

Made for indoor outdoor wine country living, you will savor the panoramic views over the Valley of the Moon to the hills to the east from numerous patios and outdoor gathering spaces including a large outdoor dining table under a wisteria covered pergola. For those looking for local activities, the Jack London state park hiking trails are just minutes from the house. Golf tee times may be arranged at the nearby Sonoma Golf Club. The villa is just minutes to the wine tasting rooms and restaurants of Glen Ellen and Sonoma.

This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties.   Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. Pets are not allowed. Note that pool is not fenced or covered and pool heating is included June through September, only.
