Villa Madeira vacation rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying in Madeira Beach and we were not disappointed! Everything was close by. The restaurants or shopping or wanting to hit an open air bar, it was all right there! But most of all the BEACH!! And it wasn’t a crowded beach either, we were able to play paddle ball and football on it. Our condo was beautiful! Facing the magnificent gulf. We ended up with a late arrival and management was quite accommodating! The only thing I would suggest for late arrivals is maybe have a lock box at the condo location instead of running to another location for the keys, at night it is was a nightmare to find main office! But after that it was very relaxing and very much enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time. Really enjoyed the condo. Had a hiccup with loss of power for several hours but it was resolved.

Loved the proximity to the white sand! So easy to run inside if needed. Walk to John’s Pass for shopping/ dinner… only 4 buildings away from drinks etc at Caddy’s. We rented a boat while there and did some miniature golfing. Great location!

My family of 5 (3 kids age 11,9 and 3) just stayed at this condo on Madeira Beach and it was wonderful! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and they had so many beach umbrellas, toys, tents, and chairs! The beach was gorgeous, the pool was heated and comfortable. So much to do in the area, we walked for coffee in the morning and ice cream at night! We also could walk to Caddy’s for to go frozen cocktails! Everyone in the building seemed so nice and friendly!! The owners were super responsive - gave their cell for any issues - but we didn’t have any at all! One of the best condos we’ve stayed in - and we hope to come back!!

Highlights for us begin with the condo’s cleanliness and how many items the unit was stocked with, especially in the kitchen. Convenient location was a big plus. Steps to the beach, short walks to restaurants and to the boardwalk. Communication with the owner and with Eric was quick and helpful.

This condo is nicely decorated & equipped, has comfortable beds, and is clean. It has a good-sized screened-in lanai across the entire Gulf side of it - a great place for morning coffee, a relaxing dinner, or an evening cocktail - all the time listening to the soundtrack of the waves gently rolling onto the beach. Great location - near bars, restaurants and shopping needs - easy to get around by rental car to all area sites & restaurants. The beach is wide and long - and not too busy in this area. There is also a two-floor beachfront Tiki bar and restaurant just a quarter mile up the beach - quite convenient! St. John's Pass is about a quarter mile to the south - also convenient.

Great location! So much within walking distance! Nice clean condo with comfortable king bed! Directly on beach. Really enjoyed Candy Kitchen and the Church by the Sea!

Great property with perfect location on beach. Easy access to unit and convenient covered parking. Would stay here again.
