Adorable 2 bedroom condominium located a short walk to Commercial Street in the East End. Welcoming front porch and large, private exclusive use garden is perfect for sunning, relaxing or entertaining. The condo features hardwood floors, an open kitchen with gas cooking, washer and dryer, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and flat screen television. Each bedroom features a queen size bed and large closets. Large bathroom was renovated in 2018. The condo is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with air conditioning, parking for two cars, a gas grill, and wireless internet. Pets are allowed! Make this your home away from home in wonderful Provincetown!

Owners have been in residence for the last two seasons so this has not been actively on the rental market since the 2019 season.

Please note Homeaway will collect a Massachusetts Short Term Lodging Tax of 14.45% with the initial payment on the entire amount charged to the tenant (rental fee plus Homeaway fee). Owner requires a lease agreement.

Greatly exceeded expectations

We loved the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a realy buitiful private yard with a gas grill. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic week

We had a wonderful week in PTown. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need and more. Communication was great and we had everything we needed for a perfect week. We stayed with our elementary school aged children and dog and the location was great for walking to Commercial Street and the beach. We used the patio daily and loved having the outdoor space to relax. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great week in Ptown!

Had a great stay with my partner and friends in Provincetown. The property is centrally located, has everything you could need for a great week, and has lots of character/charm. We really loved the outdoor patio and garden, which was a beautiful place to have morning coffee and cookouts at night. Would definitely stay here again!
