This wonderful Kamaole Sands fourth floor, dual-level condo will sleep a total of six. This Condo is a two bedroom - two bath unit, with a sleeper sofa. Bamboo flooring in both bedrooms and living area. Both bathrooms have been re-modeled . Kitchen remodeled Sept 2021. New tile floor in lower bath and kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. The Condo large lanai overlooks the gardens and pool, with a view of the ocean and mountains. Great sunset view. It is located in building 6, unit #403 (top floor)where a lovely view awaits you. This condo has 2 Parking Spaces available.
Kamaole Sands is a beautiful 15 acre property located directly across from Kamaole Beach Three. The ideal location, spacious grounds, and complete amenities make it the ideal location for your family’s Maui vacation. On grounds there are two Jacuzzis, a large pool, children’s pool area, a wading pool, four regulation tennis courts, and barbecues.World class golf, shopping, dining, and ocean activities are all just a short drive away.

The Condo has king size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit has a washer and dryer. Hair dryer in both bathrooms. Beach towels and chairs for our guest. Beach toys and boogie boards for guest to use. Wifi. Free A/C in the living area and downstairs bedroom has its own A/C unit. Wifi to our guest. There are two parking spaces if needed.
Just walk across the street to Kamaole Beach #3 for great snorkeling, boogie boarding or just relaxing on the beach. You can walk to some. of our favorite restaurants or shops.

When arriving at the Kamaole Sands you will need to check in at the front to receive your gate code, pool code and parking pass. I send all my guest a complete condo information packet the will give you the code for the lock box to the unit , on inland contact person plus lots of fun restaurants and activity to do on Maui

There is a Resort fee of $40 and $30 Check in fee payable to the front desk on arrival. This fee covers front desk and operation of common areas and BBQ’s. areas.

Good location, but issues with the unit
We have mixed feelings about this unit and the property owner. The good: - Location is great. - The complex amenities (pool, tennis, grills, gym, ping pong) are awesome. - The unit has all the beach equipment you could need. - Prior to arrival, the communication from the property owner was very good. - The unit has a great view of the pool, grounds, and ocean. The not so good: - Bedding and towels were stained and dirty. - The kitchen and lower level bathroom was infested with cockroaches. - The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. - The kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, and cookware were stained from overuse. - The communication and response to concerns by the property owner was ignored after arrival. For the amount of money we spent, our expectations were not met. Very disappointing.

The Diercks are excellent hosts. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to enjoy the beach, pool or just stay in and cook a family meal. The location was ideal for beach access and close to other activities.

Had a great time as usual in Maui. Kamaole Sands is a great place for a family vacation. Grounds are always well kept, staff is super friendly/helpful, and pool is amazing.

Wonderful facility loved the condo beautiful grounds. If anything were negative the view was good just mostly looking through palm trees all in all still wonderful sitting on the patio enjoying the grounds and ocean in a distance. Wood definitely recommend this place to everyone 😘😘😊

Condo was great. Owners were easy to work with and Berenice, housekeeper, was very helpful with a few minor issues. Outside grills were very clean when used. Beaches walking distance from condo.

Nice place to stay
We enjoyed our visit. The location was great; lots of restaurants and shops plus beautiful beaches all within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and gym area in addition to the beautifully maintained grounds. The condo could use a few small updates to spiff it up, but it was a nice functional space that worked well for our family. Having the master up in the loft, separated from the other bedroom provided a nice private feel. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning watching the sun come up.

Wonderful Condo
We loved this location. It made going to the beach so easy to just walk across the street. The pool was very family friendly and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a note that there is no A/C in the master bedroom area, extra fans were provided, but it was quite warm in there. We ended up sleeping in the kids room with the A/C so we could sleep more comfortably and had the kids sleep upstairs. There is a window A/C in the family area also. We used to live on island so we know how warm it gets and the trade winds, but from the listing I didn't notice that there wasn't going to be A/C in the master area. Not a big deal, just something to know. We'd definitely recommend this location and condo.

Needs to have a thorough cleaning, greasy dust on all the glass topped tables. Living room curtains were dirty and had brown stains. The entry way and kitchen rugs where very soiled, old and we’re tripping hazards. Kitchen was not equipped as advertised. Drawers were not organized, it was hard to find what was needed due to having everything mixed together sharp knives mixed in with everything else.Not enough silverware, cracked coffee cups, pots and pans were scarce and in ill repair. Oil and spices left in the cupboards were out dated and sticky. Not enough kitchen towels. Everything in the lanai storage area was unusable. Either very dirty or had turned to dust (Reed Matt’s turned to dust when touched. Tennis rackets we’re old with mold on the handles. Cooler was dirty and not cleanable. Crumpled up blow up toys covered in sand. Generally everything unusable. Lanai table was dirty appeared not to have cleaned for a very long time.

Perfect Family Getaway
What a great unit! We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers staying here and it was just the right amount of space. The owners provided lots of great suggestions and the unit was stocked with almost everything we needed.

Great spot for family!
We had a great stay. The unit is just as described and was perfect for us and our two adult children. Most places have a single bed or twin beds in the second bedroom and this one has two full sized beds. Unit was spacious, clean and had most everything we needed. The partial ocean view from the patio is lovely and the property is so beautiful that just looking down on the greenery was relaxing. There are lots of good food spots within walking distance and the small beach across the street was a great place to swim and watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with checking in as cleaner had an emergency and did get the room cleaned in time. Owner went out of her way to get resolved quickly! Would stay here again based on the ease of working with the owner. Great spacious condo!

We don’t stay inside at all during the daytime, if we did it would have been hot in the upstairs (loft) bedroom, beds were fine , kitchen was very well equipped and the views were nice, didn’t use any other onsite facilities, elevator was great

Great location a nice patio where we had breakfast and lunch enjoying the breeze the coconut trees and the well groomed gardens Very comfortable beds , a lot of books to choose from, a kitchen well organized and full of amenities, plenty of beach gears from snorkeling to boogie boards. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back with the rest of the family next year

Fantastic condo and location for exploring Maui
Sharon’s condo was perfect for us to explore all of Maui. Right off Kamaole Beach III where there is a great snorkeling spot on the north end rocks with lots of fish and we also saw turtles. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you need. We cooked our Christmas meal there and it was great - but also lots of great restaurants near by (loved Izakaya Genge and also in the same Azeki plaza Nalu had great burgers and live music). Paia Fish Market is also great. Kihei is a central location for trips to Road to Hana, Iao Monument, Up Country as well as west Maui and Lahaina. Shops at Wailea just minutes south had great free Polynesian dancing Tue and Thur afternoons. It was a whole hour and better quality than some of the Luau’s I have been to! Mekena Landings Beach was a really small nice local beach that we enjoyed as well. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the condo as well and the staff were very friendly. Grounds were very well maintained. Sharon was great to work with and was super nice to let’s us checkout later since we had a late afternoon flight. Highly recommended!

This condo is awesome! Great location! Check-in was very smooth and the place is exactly like it is in the pictures, also very clean. Everything we needed was close by. We ate dinner out on the lanai and enjoyed the breeze every day! Kihei is the place to stay. Kamaole beach park iii is just across the street. Sharon and Fred are fantastic hosts! Would definitely stay again!

AWESOME!!! The condo was perfect in every way!!
We have stayed in several condos at KS & this is the Best one!! Sharon & Fred have taken great care of the condo & have everything you need for your visit. We love to cook & BBQ on our trips & the kitchen has all you need. The beds are comfy & the decor is the Hawaiian treat. The Lanai is PERFECT, it has great views & doesn't get too hot. Coffee in the morning is our favorite treat on the Lanai. Dinner on the Lanai is great too. You can catch the sunset each night too!!! We will be back for sure!!! Sharon is so AWESOME to work with. She really cares about your visit making sure all is well. Thank you for allowing us to stay .. Aloha !!!!!

Wonderful condo in a great, family friendly location. The condo was just as listed -- including everything you'll need for the beach and pool (towels, boogie boards, chairs, snorkeling gear, noodles, toys, floaties, etc) and a well-stocked kitchen (plenty of utensils, plates, pots, pans, glassware, spices, ice maker in freezer, etc). Nice to have a big lanai with a great view on the 4th floor of the building. Sharon was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Fred and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. My husband in a general dentist and I also work in the office. We have always enjoyed Maui and found this great condo in 1999 and decide to buy it. Our children are grown and now with babies who all have enjoyed going to Maui .

Why they chose this property

We check out many condos and liked Kamaole Sands the best. The grounds are lovely and the pool is large. We enjoy going to the beach right across from the condo, Kamaole Beach 3. We also like that it is only 13 miles from the airport and main city. It is very convenience to everywhere, shopping , beaches, and resturants.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the pool, fitness center and tennis court. Great beach right across the street with wonderful snorkeling .
