This recently built and tastefully decorated home has the feel of a Mediterranean seaside resort. The vacation home of an interior designer; features include a spacious 15-ft high living room with clerestory windows, inviting bedrooms and a lush courtyard with fountain and fire-pit. From the balcony are views of citrus and avocado orchards. It is convenient to both the Embarcadero and beaches, plus it is an easy drive to Paso Robles – with its tasting rooms, artisan breweries and restaurants. The layout of the townhome has the two bedrooms and two baths, kitchen, dining, and living areas on the upper level with the garage downstairs. The living area has a great open feel with the kitchen, dining and living room all open and with views out to the hillside.

In March 2022 the owners installed Indow brand window inserts to help mitigate the sounds of road noise within the property. Guests who have stayed previously should notice a significant difference in future stays.
