The loft is accessed via a ships-ladder and provides a full-size bed. Exterior decks wrap three sides of the cabin, with the south-facing main area stepping down to enhance views of Neil Bay. The kitchen includes granite counters, custom-made fir cabinetry, gas stove/oven with hood, microwave oven, stainless steel sink, refrigerator/freezer and a complement of small appliances. The bathroom provides a walk-in shower, lavatory, cupboards and stacked washer-dryer.
The smaller cabin provides an entry foyer, bedroom, bathroom and deck. The foyer provides a small refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker and counter space. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a sitting area. The south-facing deck provides multiple levels perfect for enjoying the view of Neil Bay.
In addition to the buildings and decks, the property enjoys its own floating dock, stairs providing access to the beach and dock, and large barbecue area.
