Hoping to return soon!

This was just the place we were looking for. Off the beaten path and private, and right on the water. The lanai is just wonderful, offering endless hours of watching the surf break over the reef that surrounds Aliomanu. We were able to enjoy many of the local beaches within short driving distance for swimming and snorkeling. The house has everything you need. I am already planning my next visit!

Felt like home.

  • 5 of 5

We have rented 5 homes on Kauai over the years and this is the only one we would rent again. The location in Anahola was just what we were looking for... secluded and off the beaten path. This is the best kept secret on the garden island.

The home is very clean, well cared for and has everything you need. There’s even a coffee grinder for your Kauai coffee on the lanai in the morning. And, sky watching at night was amazing. Not to mention the monk seals.

Mahalo nui to the Morgan family for sharing this beautiful place on the island with us. We can’t wait to visit again.

You cannot have a better location!,,,

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Beautiful sunrise and great beach. The house had everything you needed. The icemaker came in handy. The wireless Internet was fast. We had a monk seal plop down almost right by us. The covered lanai was nice for the few times it rained. We will be back.

clean, quiet, simple and on the ocean

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderfully relaxing time! It was the perfect size for a couple and two young children. The house itself is not "luxury" but it is clean and has all the necessary amenities, and the beach access and ocean view makes up for the lack of luxury in spades. The house is literally right on the ocean, and it is obvious that the porch and exterior gets hit pretty hard by weather/wind/ocean spray. I loved the sound of the ocean waves at night, but it can get quite loud during high tide, and kept my husband up a few nights. The owners/caretakers are kind and helpful, as were the neighbors that we met. The area is mostly used by locals and those renting nearby homes, so Aliomanu and Anahola beaches were never crowded, even during holiday season. Monk seals haul out daily nearby, and we saw several whales spouting in the distance. I would recommend the house to others and would definitely stay here again in the future.
