Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa features breathtaking beach sunrises, a state of the art lazy river pool complete with water slides, waterfalls, hot tubs, sandy bottom children's pool, beautiful tropical landscaping lit up at night with tiki torches, a spa, and beach restaurant.

You'll enjoy this beautiful ocean and pool view condo with central air conditioning, HDTV surrounded by fine designer Polynesian-style furnishings, 1 king bed, 1 convertible sofa (queen size), luxurious bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment, and a washer / dryer in the unit. Comfortably sleeps up to 4.

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

*whale watching season is November through April.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

The room is in excellent condition. Property amenities are well maintained and fast access to a sandy beach to sun bath. The view of the ocean from the balcony is accurate in the listing. We would stay here again.

All of the amenities you could ask for in a gorgeous location with a nice view of the ocean. Was able to wake up and watch whales during the morning sunrise all while drinking some coffee right from our balcony.

We love Waipouli! E404 has the most gorgeous view from the lanai. We loved the pool, beach, and the amenities (great outfitted kitchen). One hiccup during our stay was that a smoke detector was activated in the hallway one night, disturbing the entire complex, for almost an hour. If we ever return to Kauai, we would select a different resort, mainly due to my husband’s health limitations.

All 5's....and I can be very hard to please!

What a wonderful property. Well before our visit I was hugely impressed with the thoroughness, and promptness, of all communications with the property management for this unit, Kauai Calls. What a wonder at a time when customer service often seems to be a dying art. The unit itself, E404, was beautifully appointed and equipped with not just the basics, but well above and beyond; beach chairs, a cooler, binoculars, and an entire drawer full of guide books. In unit laundry, what a treat. Walking distance across the street is a grocery store, and an ABC souvenir shop, as well as several restaurants, shave ice, ice cream, and a medical clinic. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the pools/slides/spas immaculately maintained. For folks considering this unit/property a couple of things....this is an extremely family-friendly resort. Maximum depth in the pools is 4 feet, there's a kids' beach and a family hot tub. (The second spa is age 16 and up). Our unit, at the top and facing the pool, was extremely quiet late into the evening and at night, but noisy during the day depending on the crowd at the pools. So if you're looking for a Sandals atmosphere, look elsewhere. Also, know in advance that the beach right in front of the resort is not suitable for swimming, lovely to walk on, but too dangerous to go into the ocean.

Very nice place to stay in Kauai

The location was perfect for our stay on Kauai. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as a very well stocked kitchen for cooking. The condo was very clean and well looked after. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family condo

We were very pleased with this condo. The room was clean, well-stocked and had a great view of the ocean as well as the beautiful grounds with the pool and lazy river. This is a perfect place to stay with families. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the beds were very uncomfortable. I expect that with a pull-out but not the main bedroom. Otherwise, great place!

Excellent Stay

The VRBO listing and photos were very accurate. This was our second visit to Kauai. This is a great location to base yourself to see the island. Easy check in and unit access with the app. We would definitely stay here again.

Great central location

This is a very spacious unit and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with small and large Chickens appliances and kitchen ware. The view out of the deck is great including the ocean and pool. Great access to groceries across the street and close to Costco. It was centrally located between Princeville and Poipu for day trips. Candace from Kauai Calls made it easy to book and communication was excellent.

Loved this condo!

We had a great stay in E404. Loved the condo and the resort. Unit was nice and quiet, and was very tastefully decorated with nice art. Living room furniture was very comfortable as was the king sized master bed. Luxury!! Good supply of all kinds of kitchen supplies. A few spices stocked. Resort had lots of fun pool activity during the day with a mix of mostly younger families and then some more mature people, a really good blend of guests. Hope to revisit this unit soon.

Wonderful stay to visit ohana

We travel often to Kauai as we have ohana on the island. This time we traveled to attend our nephew's wedding. We love the location of this condominium resort as it is convenient to everything for our needs. This unit was exceptionally clean and inviting. The view was spectacular and the layout was wonderful, especially having the half bath. We hope to return soon and we'll definitely look to rebook this unit. Mahalo for helping to make our trip exceptionally memorable.

The only place we would stay in Kauai!

WBR is the most amazing property in all of Kauai. We have stayed here twice and will never stay anywhere else. The location is perfection to access the whole island. The pool is the very best with a lazy river to walk, a waterfall grotto, slides, sand water beach for the kids, sand bottom hot tubs. The beach is perfect to sunbathing, walking, and visiting a resident monk seal. Unit E404 is in pristine condition, with gorgeous views, and a fully stocked kitchen. It's very large, beautiful, and comfortable and we really loved having a washer and dryer. The AC is primo!
