Growing up in the mid-west, I eventually moved east to North Carolina where my children were born. My early exposure to the Blue Ridge Mountains and my love for cycling eventually drew me to Asheville. The artistic diversity of the community reawakened my interest in architecture and fed a desire to contribute to Asheville's thriving downtown.

Why Sarah, reservationist chose Asheville

After a prolonged search for a downtown property to develop, I had the good fortune to acquire 59 Broadway, an unused warehouse for the previous ten years, in remarkably sound condition and with a good soul. The building was a clean canvas on which to create and provided an opportunity to favorably impact the neighborhood in which it was located. After a year of planning, a project incorporating the interplay of nature, urban, and personal environments, was begun. Completed in December of 2015, The Sinclair was designed and built for generations to come.

What makes this apartment unique

The Sinclair was built with attention to space, lighting, quality, and simplicity. Twelve-foot ceilings, original hardwood flooring, simple layout, and uncluttered space help convey a deep feeling of comfort. Unlike any other historic building in downtown, there are windows all along the northern wall providing an abundance of natural light to the interior space of the residences further enhancing the unique ambiance. Furnishings, although simple, are complete and of high quality including the art on the walls and accessories throughout. Full length window seats allow you to engage the urban environment just outside the window but in the quiet and comfort of the interior accommodations. Entertain in comfort enjoying the structural acoustical integrity enhanced by a quality sound system. Sleep in comfort on a Sealy Posturepedic cushion mattress.

great location. lay out.nice and clean.but how hard it was to use tv stereo ect.we own all those things and all we have to do is turn them on.to make them work. but we would stay there again. thank you rick and julie lease

Comfortable modern apartment in convenient location

This beautifully decorated apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the many quaint shops, wonderful restaurants & breweries in Asheville. Upon arrival, my husband & I found everything spotless with lovely linens, comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped & top of the line kitchen - even a French press! We felt very safe in the second story just above the shops on Broadway and appreciated the private garage below. We spent a lot of time exploring around the Asheville area and always enjoyed our return to the apartment for a great night's sleep.

Loved 201 Sinclair, but

201 Sinclair was a wonderful "apartment", it was clean and convenient to all the things we were interested in. Access was excellent with the key fobs and the parking in the lower level was a blessing in a busy town like Ashville. BUT, the unit was advertised at $211.00, per day, plus taxes and fees and when I paid for the unit I was charged $311.72, per day, for a total of $935.15 for three days and this did not include the $300.00 security deposit that has yet to be returned. In the future I will be more careful before I agree to "rent" any units through this service because I feel I was cheated by the owner and by extension VRBO.

Stunning downtown apartment

This place was incredible. We stayed for several days during our wedding and it was a perfect city retreat for the two of us. Tons of space, nice appliances, everything in good condition. Just overall very welcoming and didn't need to contact owners for anything because they have literally thought of everything and do such a good job communicating it beforehand or with little notes around the apartment. Great location downtown- literally steps away from restaurants, shops, etc. It's a fully furnished place that is very well taken care of, clean, and cool amenities (speakers throughout place, big windows overlooking street below). The one tiny downside was that it can get loud late at night with the noise from the people on the street below, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Make sure you stick to the check out time- people came to clean right as we were leaving (again speaks to how we'll place is taken care of) and had a schedule to keep to. Parking in the garage truly is tight so make sure you bring a small car if you are driving.

Elegant Downtown Condo

I rented the condo for the entire summer. The condo felt like it was just finished. The design was very modern and elegant. All the finishes were first class. No detail was missed from the quality of the linens, hardware, appliances, wi-fi system, sonos system, and great window seat views. The condo is convenient to everything downtown. But quiet at night. I cannot imagine a better private rental in the heart of Asheville. The management was wonderful and easy to work with as well. Thank you!

Great location, even better space!

This property is in one of the best locations in downtown Asheville. I really loved how we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The loft itself was beyond beautiful and felt so clean. The property owners were so helpful and quick to respond with questions or key fob issues. Remember to bring a small car for this parking space, as it is very tight! It was great that we got a covered parking space in a garage too! Perfect!!
