Parking was acceptable, we had to park on the street, which was getting ready for constructions and it was so busy street. But it worked out. The place was clean, the location was great, but the property could use some attention. As others had mentioned the lighting in the place was ridiculously low. There was no ADA enhancements to the place. You are no handrails and either bathroom, the banister on the steer is going upstairs was raggedy. The truth is on the point didn’t look too stable and the yard was a mess. But for us it was adequate because all we used it for was to sleep. Communications with the host is fine. They answered questions immediately, but it did take a while for the message to get to me, we were there for Geocaching and Munzee and so we were gone from early morning to late evening so for us this was an adequate location, but if you’re thinking of running it, please read the reviews and make your own decision on your needs

Super cute place!

Stayed here with some friends and it was perfect!! All five of us could fit on the couch in the living room and we enjoyed cooking there too! The A/C was fantastic and the beds were comfy.

A New York transplant, Ryan fell in love with Colorado while stationed at Ft Carson for the past three years. During that time he has traveled all over the state for work as a helicopter pilot and for pleasure as a food, beer, outdoors and music enthusiast but has always returned to Colorado Springs for its perfect mix of outdoor and small town downtown entertainment. Having a downtown home from which to enjoy many of the local restaurants, breweries, venues and events has made Ryan's time in Colorado an immensely enjoyable one. Add to that the numerous outdoor adventures one can embark on from this centrally located, classically restored house and you can see how Ryan is going to miss living in this home. Ryan is currently stationed in Germany and this 3 bedroom 2 bath downtown home is professionally managed and taken care of by his friend Jess who'd be happy to accommodate your next stay here.
