Perfect for our needs

We stayed in the unit got a month. Had some problems with checking with the office telling us we couldn’t get into the unit until after 3. They said it was still being cleaned. I explained we had been shopping and had perishables in the car. We went to the unit anyway and there was not anybody inside. I called Parrish again and told them and they finally gave us the code to get in. I was not happy about this, but the rest of the stay was great. The unit needs updated, but is clean and comfortable. Very well located. We booked it for another month in October

Disaster

The microwave was ancient, 2 coffee makers were broken. The vent above the toilet flooded on Christmas night so we needed an umbrella to go to the bathroom. We had to slam the door to get it to shut. The AC unit in the bedroom was too loud. The ad said heated pool and hot tub when in fact it was freezing cold and the so called hot tub was a kiddy pool, also freezing. The men's room was locked at the pool because someone had to spend the night in there for some reason. We had to call for a handiman 4 times. We were really disappointed for the price.

Garden Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and surrounding garden that was a pleasure to wake up in and return to after a day exploring the island. The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Edith and Ron's Apartment

The location in Poipu was very convenient. It allows you to access any direction, close to the beach with great walking trails. The apartment itself was extremely well decorated with all the amenities you need and very clean. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Property Management staff made check in very easy. Only suggestion is the property needs a jacuzzi. Thank you all very much!

Poipu is definitely one of our favorite areas to stay while ok Kauai. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Waikomo Stream Villa (different rentals) and we absolutely love the feeling of being in a somewhat little tropical hideaway. We loved the location, the sounds, smells, everything. We would definitely recommend staying here for your trip

Peaceful property; would stay again

Our first impression was surprise at how spacious the unit is. The lanai overlooks a peaceful stream, and in the morning you are awakened with the sounds of birds and other animals. The grounds of the property are lush with a variety of tropical plants. The unit is not air conditioned, but even during our late-May stay we found it comfortable. We found the unit very quiet and calming. The entire property was generally quiet and uncrowded. We visited the pool and were only met with a couple of other guests, making for a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, which the property manager was quick to resolve. Worth noting: as of May 2018 the living room furniture is newer than that pictured in the VRBO ad.

Beautiful inside and out!

Waikomo Stream Villas were in a great spot to get to all the shopping and restaurants within a couple of minutes. Furnishings were very nice, kitchen was stocked with all you needed for a proper meal, and bedroom had more than enough drawers/closet space. The birds chirping (and the roosters crowing) in the mornings were a wonderful way to wake up every day. The villas themselves had a feeling of seclusion, and the grounds were beautiful including a pond stocked with koi and a stream (Waikomo) running through it. The only problem with all the plants and trees were the many pods and twigs falling onto the car, but no damage to the vehicle. Certainly not a deal breaker. Since the units are close to each other, sounds carry easily, but again, not a deal breaker. Will definitely stay again!

Best Babymoon!

We had a wonderful stay at Waikomo Stream Villas! The unit was beautifully furnished, equipped with every kitchen appliance you could imagine and close to beautiful beaches and attractions. We can't recommend a stay enough!
