About this property

Newly Renovated Ski/Mt. Bike Condo, Steps Away From PCMR

This is a wonderful condo that is located in Old Town Park City! It is just steps away from Park City Mountain Resort's Payday lift for some world class skiing. Jenny's trail is a 60 second ride from our garage giving you access to some of the best mountain biking in the world. Historic Main Street is only .5 mile away! There is an extensive FREE bus system to take you shopping down at Kimball Junction or up to The Canyons or Deer Valley Ski/Bike resorts.
The condo is newly renovated including custom hard wood floors and radiant heating throughout. There is also a dry sauna to warm you up after a hard day on the slopes or to loosen the muscles after a long day in the saddle. Also, there are 2 portable A/C units to keep you cool on those rare hot summer days. We have 3 bedrooms. The Master has a king size bed, there is a guest room with a full size bed and another guest room with 2 twin over full bunks.
There is a deck off of the living room with a lovely view of the Park City area.
The Park City library (one of the main Sundance Film Festival venues) is a snowball's throw away. The library field is also a wonderful site for sledding in the winter and soccer in the summer!
City Park is 1.5 blocks away. There are soccer fields, tennis courts and a playground.
Park City is wonderful in the winter for snow sports, but is also amazing in the summer. Mountain biking in the Park City area is world class! There are hundreds of miles of trails, awesome downhill tracks, paved paths, and the Rail Trail. All easily accessed from our condo.
And don't forget the festivals and concerts throughout the to name a few: The Sundance Film Festival, Red, White and Snow Festival, Park City Arts Festival, Park City Food and Wine Classic and the Deer Valley Concert Series.

Randall was extremely responsive to every questions and outreach. The condo is perfectly located with a very short walk to the park city mountain base which was very easy for our young kids to walk to/from each day. Storing our ski gear in the garage was nice as well. Overall was a great trip.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo in downtown Park City. Was perfect location with just a short walk to Park City mountain for skiing. We could not have asked for a better location or better accommodations. The property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of space for five adults to spread out. The biggest plus was the location. Great location for skiing

We had a great time at this property. The proximity to the slopes is a plus. We rented our skis and snowboards instead of flying with them and it was great to check them in each day so that we didn't have to carry any of them back to the condo. Made it a super easy walk back. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home 5minute walk to the slopes and ski school. Park is also across the street with sleds and hill for kids. Stocked kitchen with everything you need. No streaming services on TV so recommend fire stick or knowledge of how to stream from phone to TV. We had an awesome time!

Awesome Ski Condo

We have stayed here the past two years. The Owner is responsive and easy to work with. The Condo is laid out in such a way as each person has their own space. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen with many of the basics available to use. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds and bathrooms have fabulous towels and starter supplies. Sauna is the best after a day of skiing !! We'll be back!

Couldn’t be better.

I typically like to visit new places every time I travel and never stay in the same place twice… but if we come back to ski at Park City, I will absolutely plan my trip around the availability of this place! The location was perfect for walking to Park City Mountain base, and having three separate bedrooms with three separate bathrooms/showers was ideal for the group I traveled with. We loved the big dining table with plenty of seating for cards, and the living space was comfortable for everyone to sit and hang out as well, watching March Madness games. Randall was very responsive and the cleaners do a great job! I feel like we really lucked out finding this gem!!

Could not ask for more…perfection

With an unprecedented amount of snow, the property owner, Randall was in touch with us to provide direction and help with any issues before they arose. He was helpful and always available at a moments notice. The house was VERY well equipped with everything you could think of. The setup and location could not have been better. With a party of 9, and 2 families, we never felt cramped. The heated floors were a favorite! Due to our late flight on the day of check out, we requested a late check out and Randall was very accommodating. The check in and check out process was incredibly easy. Loved every single minute!

Well Stocked Home

The location was great and the condo was well stocked and clean. Communication with the owner was really good too. My only suggestion is brighter lights in the dining room and the master bathroom vanity area. :) If you have skis, definitely leave them in the garage (which is not connected to the house) on Empire Ave. It'll be much easier to carry your skis to the the mountain if you don't have to carry them up the staircase that takes you from Norfolk to Empire. You can catch the free bus to Main St at the bus stop in front of the library which is a very short walk from the condo. There is also a great coffee shop attached to the library. Overall a great stay!

It’s the little things

Every year we plan a ski vacation with our kids (6 and 9) and grandparents, so we have experience with various mountain accommodations. We loved our stay here. The little details make all the difference. All the bathrooms had new soap, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens and included spices and come dry goods like hot chocolate. We cooked most of our meals at home so this was very helpful. Kitchen also included kid dishes as well. The sauna was great after a long day in the slopes. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk to ski school (about 2 blocks plus stairs), across from the library and park which included little sledding. The beds were clean and comfortable. A few things that would really elevate this place would be: First; smart streaming TV- sometimes our kids wanted to veg in front of TV after skiing and there was no streaming capability which limited availability of kid shows. Second would be a hot tub. The weather was amazing and it would have been nice to soak in a hot tub watching the snowfall. And third, some kind of boot and mitten heater. We often had to run the dryer for our gloves and had soaked shoes for a majority of the vacation so would be nice to dry our things every day on a drying boot rack. All in all, would recommend!

Very Well-appointed Home

The home was VERY well appointed - from kitchen pots & pans to measuring cups, seasonings & laundry detergent (we had brought our own, but having it there for guest use was very kind!). The best appointed place we have stayed at and we are frequent travelers. The location couldn't have been much better - right at the base of PC mountain's parking lot. The ability to store our skis in the garage helped us from hauling it up the long side of the building every day. The beds were comfortable and heated floors were lovely. Randall was over the top wonderful - very responsive when we needed gas for the grill. They even had a welcome bag of treats and wine sitting out for our arrival. Hands down one of the best hosts we have had! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us - we look forward to returning next year!

We are a family of 5 and we live in Salt Lake City. We have two boys and a girl and accomplished our goal this past winter of having all of our kids skiing solo! We are really looking forward to the upcoming winter seasons in Park City as we ski for the day with the whole family.
We have also thoroughly enjoyed coming up to Park City in the summer to take advantage of the bike trails and many neighborhood parks. We are looking forward to the day when we can go mountain biking with the whole family! (although we need to get the youngest off of training wheels first). :)

Why they chose this property

We searched for over 2 years for the ideal Old Town Park City getaway. After looking at many different options, this condo was clearly the right choice for our family as it accomodates all of us plus room for guests. The location and the size of the condo were its two best features. We added on the deck and just finished a complete renovation!

What makes this property unique

We love the location of the condo primarily as we can walk over to PCMR, up to Main Street, down to City Park or just across the street to play in the Library Field. It is also ideal for a family or group travelers for both winter and summer outdoor activities. We were won over by the year round fun to be had in Park City!
