Relaxing, Quite location with Social Membership Available- Condo-Marina View

Vacation in luxury at this Marina Residences 2-bedroom/2-bath condominium. Located on the top floor (5th), with views of the Marina and Sierra Madre Mountains from the balcony. Two Week Minimum stay. Located in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, the Marina Residences Condominiums has its own private pool, to enjoy quiet afternoons lazing in the sun, or enjoy Barbecue cooking under the large poolside palapa, or a game of bocce or practice your putting on the private putting green. With every modern convenience home cooking is fun and easy.

I have just updated my condo with new mattresses, bedding & fresh paint.
May 2019, the master bathroom was completely remodelled with new walk in full tile shower and the second bathroom was renovated. The bathrooms are really beautiful.
Sofa, dining chairs have all been updated and recovered & new drapery, completed for 2018. In January, 2019 I have new stainless kitchen appliances-fridge/freezer-stove,/oven & dishwasher. My air conditioning unit was completely rebuilt so I have quiet, really fresh air. Plus a new 48 inch curved Smart TV for the living room and new smart TV for the master bedroom. Plus new screen doors. My condo is truly beautiful and comfortable and set for long or short term rental.

Social Club Membership is available with rental of my condominium - very few Marina Residences have this membership available. For a fee of approximately, $35.00 USD plus taxes per person-per 2 week stay This allows guests full access to the Beach Club, located just a 10 minute walk from my door Plus the Sports Complex & Gym /Spa , & reduced rates at El Tigre golf course. The facilities are owned + operated by Paradise Village. Membership does Not allow access to the main Resort. For more information just email me.

Paradise Shopping Centre located just across the lane-way makes shopping for groceries, clothing, souvenirs and access bank, internet cafes, medical centre, money exchange, as well as deli & many restaurants easy. Phone service for local calls and incoming long distance and wireless internet are all included.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with on-suite bathroom fully rebuilt, new Smart TV. Second bedroom has 2 double beds with full bathroom down the hall renovated, & small older TV.

Wireless Internet Access private with phone line, is available in my condo and poolside there is a general wifi available, complete kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans, Cable TV in living room cable with vcr/dvd video library. Your stay is sure to be memorable, convenient, and relaxing.

The Paradise Village Yacht Club & Marina are just steps away for easy access and pick up for fishing trips, water taxi, and many of the Vallarta Adventure tours. There are so many restaurants and many other activities just minutes away come and make this your home for a week or month! Inquire for long term rental rates!

Nuevo Vallarta offers 10 km of white sand beach, enjoy long walks or boogie boarding. The new bike lanes travelling in the centre walkway from Paradise Village to the far end of Nuevo Vallarta over 10 KM, running, walking or biking is safe and fun

There are several fun beach clubs/restaurants and beach accesses in the area for you to explore and enjoy.

Golfers can enjoy a reduced rate at Paradise Village El Tigre golf course, and make sure to check out the world class Spa while you are there. Or book Sunday Brunch a the Golf Course. There is shuttle service to El Tigre, & the Sport Complex when you have social membership.

Take a free shuttle bus tour of Nuevo Vallarta, this shuttle service runs every 20 minutes and does a round trip of all of Nuevo Vallarta with hop on and off service. Looks like a train!

Bus transportation is fast, cheap and convenient with city buses running from the shopping centre every 10 minutes to Puerto Vallarta or north towards Bucerias. Take the water taxi from the marina to down town Puerto Vallarta to enjoy restaurants, night-life or stroll the Malecon.

There is so much to do and so much to experience I am sure you will never want to leave this Paradise.

Will definitely be back!

Our 2 bedroom condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It was clean, spacious and perfectly decorated. Bedrooms were big along with the beautiful deck was awesome! Would highly recommend!

Hi Dorice, We rented the condo for one month and everything was perfect. The first thing that comes to mind is how we felt welcomed when we arrived. Lots of small attentions. the notes saying, feel free to use.... the coffee, tea, ziplocs, condiments, soap etc were really appreciated. We loaved our stay. The memberrship allowing us to go to the beach club is a PLUS. Thanks for everything

Fell short of expectations.

N No internet as the property owner had not paid the bill for the phone and internet. Very large 5 foot long box was in the living room, it couldn't be moved because of the weight. We had no water when we arrived. We were told to leave the faucets open until we had water. Air in the lines. Shuttle service had been cancelled and we had to pay for service over to El Tigre. The owner had never responded to the management's emails for us to be able to get the cards for access to the beach at Playa Royale. Cards were not available until Wednesday after arriving here on Monday. We were told there was a 15 percent discount but in fact it was 10 percent and only at the spa. Housekeeping informed us since we had arrived late because the airline had to reschedule our flight because of weather, they would not be cleaning our condo until checkout. The marina view was a stretch as it was a view of the yacht club. They was ants on the counters and it was constant cleaning them up. Mario the administrator of the complex made no effort at all to help with the internet, phone or any other concerns. He finally came on Friday to tell us the bill had not been paid. Everyone we dealt with told us the owner had never responded to their emails. We have stayed in this area in the past, never at this complex and this was by far sub standard. Giving it a 2 is generous.

Our time in this condo was amazing. The location is second to none. The facility is clean and well taken care of, it is quiet and has an amazing view overlooking the marina. Dorice was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Loved our stay at the Marina Residence. The unit was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The location was awesome with easy access to the beach and Paradise Village in general. Having access to the beach club and sports/golf facilities was an extra benefit. Dorice was very easy to work with and went out of her way to ensure we had a most enjoyable stay. heaven as always.

This is a very comfortable condo. I love how the owners leave spices and condiments for use by the guests. Makes life so much easier when you are just looking for a dash of cinnamon not to have to buy a full one. Having said that, I leave behind things I acquired. Front desk staff very helpful. We enjoyed Il Pescatore more than once. A completely enjoyable vacation.

Marina Residence

I had a wonderful time at the Marina residences. All ammenities are nearby, good restaurants a close taxi away and the marina view from the patio and the private pool are very quiet and relaxing. With the mall across the street it is easy to purchase food and reduce your food costs by cooking for yourself. I highly recommend it, especially for snowbirds wanting a safe, quiet place for an extended stay.

Hi Dorice, our two month stay in your condo was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck everyday watching the boats in the marina. The complex staff were very helpful and the grounds are very well kept. Was very handy having the plaza (with grocery store) right next to the complex. We can't thank you enough and we are looking forward to our return visit.

Awesome place

We totally enjoyed our experience at Nuevo Vallarta - Marina Residences. The complex is meticulous with much pride taken in maintenance - landscaping on a daily basis. The unit is meticulous as well with the finest equipped kitchen with condiments/ utensils/cookware/dishes,etc.

Great Experience

We stayed here the first week of February, 2012. Everything was exactly as advertised or better. It was easy to see that we were staying in someone's home and not just a rental property. The owner was wonderful to work with in making all the arrangements. Being close to the yacht club and the marina was a plus for us. We will definitely consider staying here next year when we visit again.

We enjoy our condo so much and wish we could spend more time living in our tropical paradise.

We love holidays in Mexico and decided that Nuevo Vallarta was one of the nicest beaches and areas we had found. The convenience to Paradise Village Shopping Centre, groceries, Sports Complex & Beach Club, ensure we have a wonderful , relaxing time each and every time we are at our condo.
