You will be staying in the entire 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo by yourself. This is not a "shared unit". The condo has a smart lock. You will be issued a unique code to unlock the front door. After a guest checks out their code is deleted, ensuring that no-one else has access to your condo during your visit.

There is a front parking lot and a rear parking lot. You can use either but your check-in instructions will indicate which parking lot is better for your condo. Use any space. Ignore the Tow-away signs.
This is a small quiet condo building with mostly senior condo owners. Parties, noise, loud music are not allowed.
