Our Las Brisas three bedroom/two bath condominium rental is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. It is easy to get to from area airports and is 30 minutes from Tampa International with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. The condo has 2 covered and reserved parking spaces.

It is a short hike to St. John's Pass, a popular destination with many restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, waverunner rentals, and an old fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops.

The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

Las Brisas is a modern, five-story, 40-unit condominium with under-building private parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut lounge areas with outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach. For larger family gatherings, we have access to several units in this building.

Beautiful condo with a million dollar view! Great location. We walked 1.5 miles down the beach to John’s Pass every day. It was close enough, but not too close to be overcrowded. We will definitely try to stay here again! Thanks to the host for making it a nice place to stay with all you need to cook!

Just returned from our stay Christmas week 2025. They were 5 of us who stayed here- 3 kids in their 20’s and mom and dad. Location was good. View from the balcony were incredible. Unit was just as described and was roomy enough for is. We all would highly recommend this unit. You just could not beat the convenience in every area.

The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The smaller size of the building made the beach much less crowded and we were able to get to know our temporary neighbors. Dolphins went by all day and came very close to the shore. We even saw a few manatees. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! The sky even gifted us with a goodbye rainbow as we were packing to leave.

The condo was fantastic! Beautiful views, being right in the beach was great. John’s pass boardwalk was close that had tons to do to get a little break from the water,sand and sun a bit. 8 of us stayed at the condo 4 adults and 4 kids. We all agree we look forward to visiting and staying here again!

This was an absolutely beautiful updated condo. I stayed at Las Brisas before and was nice but this was exceptional. Like I said stay in many of these which are nice but this was hotel feel. Jim was a pleasure to speak to and answered any questions immediately. Only one thing , was bbq’s weren’t working facility should fix/replace. Jim, we will definitely be back next year! Beautiful condo, stocked with everything you could possibly need. You could honestly just show up with your clothes and food and everything else is there. Extremely clean. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay here again.

We are a family from Dayton, Ohio that absolutely love Madeira Beach, so we recently purchased this condo for our family to vacation. Since we obviously can't use it every week, we are hoping that other families are able to use it and enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We chose Madeira Beach because of the beautiful white sand beaches and the close proximity of John's Pass where you can enjoy anything from walking the boardwalk and shopping to enjoying a nice meal to taking advantage of the many water sports and activities that John's Pass offers

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy outstanding views from the living room, kitchen, Master Bedroom and of course on the balcony that spans the width of the unit. While your staying be sure to stop by John's Pass, eat at some of the best seafood restaurants and take some time to enjoy some of the amusement parks that are within 1-2 hours away.
