Fully air-conditoned throughout, the villa has super sea views that can be enjoyed from throughout the villa and from the spacious pool terrace, infinity pool and beautiful roof terrace. The lovely infinity pool is 8 x 8 metres and 1.55 metres deep. It is relatively unseen making it suitable for those guests wishing a certain degree of privacy.

The ground floor accomodation consists of a spacious fully-equipped modern open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area which opens directly on to the large pool terrace. This terrace is perfectly equipped to ensure maximum enjoyment of guests , from an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasols and outdoor table tennis. The first floor has three bedrooms, 2 twin and one double, and the top floor has one double bedroom which opens on to the roof terrace and its splendid views.

Situated not far from the centre of Kalkan, it would be possible for guests to stay here without the use of a vehicle, but the hilly nature of Kalkan would make walking back from the centre, during the heat of the day, rather arduous and guests may prefer to use local taxis in such instances. There is a supermarket some 700 metres from the villa and it is 900 metres from the bus station.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
