Your perfect 'Home away from Home!' Beautifully decorated in Hawaiian Plantation Style and is bright, cheery. comfy and filled with 'ALOHA!' for a restful &/or adventurous stay.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Yes, we're along the scenic & historic, east coast of Kauai, The Royal Coconut Coast & Kapaa town. 3 min. walk to beach, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs.

Can walk to beaches, dining, shopping, hiking & located along the famous & beloved 8 mile, oceanside walking/biking path & more.

Central on island, 15 mins. from airport.

The resort is a Hawaiian 'Plantation style', two story condo complex.

This location allows you to drive to Hanalei (north) in 30 minutes and also to Poipu ( south) in 30 minutes.

If you prefer not to rent a car, the Kauai bus line stops close by.

C-6 is a newly renovated, one bedroom condo on the ground floor with rejuvenating garden & pool views from the lanai/deck .

The bedroom has an inviting, high end queen sized bed, adorned with luxurious, high thread count linens and beautiful Rosewood furniture. A Queen pull out sofa or air bed accommodates 1 or 2 guests.

New, elegant maple cabinets, a full & well stocked kitchen with granite countertops are welcoming & functional.

The toilet & spa-like walk in shower, are separated from sink/dressing area for privacy.

We are meticulous cleaners and know you will appreciate it.

It has air conditioning, free WiFi Internet, and free parking and many other essentials.

We fell in LOVE with Kauai on our first visit and after visiting the islands many times, we chose to purchase property on Kauai so we could share the gifts this amazing and beautiful 'Garden Island' has to offer.

It is so satisfying to provide a quality, clean, affordable 'home away from home' for our guests and we really appreciate how well everyone takes care of it...just as we do when we travel as guests.

Helping others find relaxation, tranquility and adventure gives us great joy and we know that they too will fall in love with this 'paradise on earth' and our condo as their home, while visiting.

We are friendly, LOVE to visit and hear from our guests after their stay.

Awesome Location!

Vivian & Lyle are wonderful to share this lovely condo with vacationers! The location on the island is perfect. The property is landscaped in typical lush Hawaiian fauna, very well manicured. LOCATION - The condo is just short walk to the beach path, a great market and local shops are right next store, and one of the 3 pools on the property is 10 steps off the lanai. The condo has been beautifully upgraded and has EVERYTHING you could need to cook and store food. Beach chairs & towels and some beach toys are provided by the owners. THE QUEEN BED IS SUPER COMFY!! The A/C worked great and was appreciated during the evening. I did give this property 5 starts, but there were a few things to mention - the sofa is a little uncomfortable, but who really hangs out inside the condo when the beach is a short stroll away? There is street noise when the lanai screen doors are open, although the cars going by are not visible. Friday and Saturday evening traffic was loud until 11pm. These were minor issues. We would definitely stay here again! Vivian & Lyle made sure we had everything we needed and were prompt in getting back to us with any questions during the booking process and checked-in with us via email during our stay. The couple traveling with us rented the King condo and had a perfect stay as well (they had no street noise). We would meet at the jacuzzi every night or stroll on the beach =) Thank you Vivian & Lyle. We will be back again!!!

It really helps us know we are attaining our goals in provided a comfortable, welcoming, 'home away from home,' and that our location is much appreciated and valuable to our awesome guests like you, who take great care of our condo while staying! We splurged on expensive beds in our recent renovation so we're glad you appreciated how super comfy it is. We chose to have dense foam for our sofa's so they stay firm and last longer ...they will soften soon enough. And yes... you are correct...there are so many amazing outdoor things to do, so we're glad it wasn't an issue. We certainly recommend you to other hosts around the world and welcome you back to our beautiful, 'Garden Isle', Kauai... anytime! With warmest Aloha, Vivian and Lyle : )

Comfy & Convenient

Loved the location of the Hale Plantation condo. Kapaa has plenty of dining and entertainment options, including some within walking distance. Especially enjoyed the beaches and walk/bike path along the coast. The condo is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The condos have three pools, including one within view of this condo.
