This beautifully preserved property is recognized by the Historical Society in Richmond. Today, it offers modern comfort while honoring its deep historical roots. The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.
