Hovering over the ocean, and surrounded by windows, this condo has direct ocean views out of every window. Beautifully renovated, this full 3 bedroom apartment has a spacious open kitchen and is right on the ocean. Large grassy lanai in front of water.

Long, open plan space. Sits above the penthouse level, so you need to walk up one flight of stairs after the elevator and this adds to the privacy. The views are some of the best on the island.

Family Vacation

Six of us stayed at this property for nine days in March 2025. The location, views, and overall amenities were good. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. Tips to know are; there is a narrow stairway above the elevator level you will be carrying your suitcases up, read all the particulars. Graduation Celebration

My five grandkids (18 to 22 yrs) and I stayed in the 3br Penthouse and had a great time. Waikiki location was great and views from the apartment were stupendous (Waikiki in one direction & Diamondhead & surfers in the other). The apartment was clean and adequate - not elegant. The third bedroom just had a "hide a bed" which was a disappointment.

Excellent location with less car and tourist traffic. Checkin was organized and efficient.

Efficient checkin process, great location to access Waikiki area. Parking was a hassle with a small space in between multiple cars in a tight space. Beautiful view of the city and ocean on all sides. Had to walk up stairs to access top floor. This is not ADA friendly. Elevator worked efficiently from parking to 14th floor. The condo smelled of mold when entering. Floor carpet was wet from rain. Condo gets hot when sun comes out, no air conditioning. Poor water pressure when showering. Overall, great location and view, however I prefer a facility that feels clean.

Nice property

This property was in a great location. All the way at the end of Waikiki, Allowing you to avoid most of the traffic and have ample street parking for extra cars at Kapiolani park during evening hours. Another positive thing was that the beds were comfortable and good quality. Some negatives; the unit was located at the very top of the building, which wasn’t the issue. The trouble was carrying our luggage up another flight of stairs to the PH as the elevator did not go to the unit floor. The staircase is narrow and steep. The unit was extremely cool with ALL windows and doors open, however, at night if we wanted to get a good sleep, we needed to close all windows and doors to help with the noise of the city, and the unit was extremely hot and uncomfortable, even with the provided fans in each room. I did not know the unit did not have AC upon booking. My fault! Both bathrooms get really hot as there is no breeze that travels through the baths, making it uncomfortable to get ready. This Kitchen was adequately stocked, however really small as it shared common space with the living room and made it difficult to prepare meals navigating around the small space. The bedrooms were nice and good size. In general, it was a decent place to stay for a short stay/visit.

Incredible Views and Walkability

This place is really special. The views alone made the trip, but the location is also incredible, completely walkable through the park to all sorts of Waikiki attractions. There is a lovely shared patio/lounge area out by the sea wall, and we spent most late afternoons bobbing around in the ocean and watching the sunset, before walking to dinner. Everything was comfortable and clean and lovely.

Great views from an eclectic penthouse. If you are into 60s design and fun lay outs this is your place. Like being in a tree house over the ocean. I will stay here again.

Perfect place in Honolulu. The location was fantastic for easy access to the beaches and parks. The layout worked well for our group. Access was very easy-even the flight of stairs above the elevator top floor was not a problem even though we had elderly travelers. The condo was well-equipped and the views were spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful holiday location.

Paradise!

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing views and perfect location! We are a family of 4 with two older teenagers and the layout was perfect for us. Kitchen is stocked with nice appliances and cookware. (No rice cooker but great new pots/pans.) the 360 views are breathtaking! We can wait to come back. Mahalo!

Diamond Head Christmas Week

Fabulous property with amazing ocean and Diamond Head views. Comfortable and private accommodations for family of six to enjoy the week of Christmas. Garage parking was too tight for our SUV. Sandy beach access was not adjacent to property but a convenient walk. Elevator access stopped one floor below, a bit inconvenient for heavy suitcases.

Great views, perfect location!

This is a great property. The interior design is modern and tastefully done with lots of thoughtful touches throughout to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment has dramatic views from just about every room and we could see the dramatic sunsets every night. The location is close enough to Waikiki to reach on foot, but far enough away so you aren't disturbed by the crowds and noise. It really is the best of both worlds. The property manager was welcoming and provided a thorough overview of the property. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommended!
