Picture yourself out by the Firepit roasting marshmallows, making smores. Imagine quietly relaxing in the new Hot Tub on the hillside while listening to the peaceful roar of the Payette River nearby or enjoying the shade of giant pine and fir trees overhead.
The updated Edgewater Red Cabin is in a quiet residential neighborhood just 2 short blocks from public beach and lake access of Rotary Park along with restaurants at Alpine Pantry and Shore Lodge. Two short blocks the other way and you are at the McCall Fish Hatchery. All of this while being just 1 mile from the new Albertsons and everything the town of McCall has to offer.
Accommodations for 10 with 3 bedrooms and 2 futon beds. No group events, parties or visitors - this is a quiet residential neighborhood.
Plenty of space for family entertainment with a foosball table, games and TV upstairs and large couches for reading, gazing outside, enjoying the woodburning stove or watching movies downstairs.
You'll enjoy using the well-stocked kitchen with coffee maker, Vitamix, corn popper, crockpot, toaster and more.
Outdoor activities are endless with the Lake and River so nearby. Kayak or SUP up the N Fk inlet with rentals right there. Rent jetskis or party boats from Cheap Thrills. Ride bikes - the North Valley Rail Trail is not far away and mountain bike and hiking trails abound in the area. Public Tennis Courts and one of many area Disc Golf Courses are just at the end of Mather Rd. Bocce Courts are downtown. Or just veg out at home on the decks and in the HotTub.
Brundage Mountain Resort lifts are just 9 miles and 16 minutes from your front door. The Little Ski Hill is less than 3 miles and the Activity Barn with inner tubing and sledding hill is just 4 miles away. Groomed Nordic Trails are in Bear Basin and Ponderosa State Park.

Cute Cabin in Amazing Location

We loved our stay here! We were in McCall for a wedding we were attending at Shore Lodge, so we booked the is cabin for its proximity to Shore Lodge. It was a sub-10 minute walk from the cabin to Shore Lodge, so it was very convenient for us to pop back and forth. The cabin is also a short drive from downtown McCall or probably a 20-25 minute walk. The cabin was very cute and clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. If you’re staying in winter, plan to bring some firewood for the fireplace downstairs otherwise it gets a bit chilly. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property and Location

This was an amazing place, had a lot of space and the location was perfect! The hot tub was great too! 1 mile from downtown, walking distance to river and one of the swimming beaches.

Great location and house for stay in McCall. Outside maintenance not so stellar

Great location and home inside was immaculate. Amenities listed not up to par. Pine needles in hot tub, ignitors and strikers for grill and fireplace none of them worked. Grill is unsafe entire bottom of grill rusted out hot grease and embers falling out of bottom of grill onto wooden deck and propane tank. Front yard and driveway maintenance poor, fence rotten, broken and falling down does not help visual appeal when you drive up.

Great location and house!

We loved our stay here. The house is darling and the location is ideal. The owner was great to work with and the hot tub was an added bonus. We are looking forward to renting this home again!

Spacious Home with lots to offer

This is a great place to stay to get away and feel like you are at home. The property is within walking/biking distance of many of the best places to go in McCall. Everything works fine and the hot tub is a godsend after an 8-mile hike. We enjoyed our stay.

This location rocks!

The house provided everything we needed for 2 families to stay comfortable 7 days. We were even greeted with a bouquet of lovely flowers. We used the hot tub and fire pit every day and walked to Rotary Park in the evenings. What a lovely vacation we had. There is just one side notes...the futon in the master bedroom was a rock so it’s basically useless. All in all, we hope to come back to stay again!

Family vacation

We stayed at the house Fourth of July weekend with our Adult children and their significant others. The house is in a great location with just a short walk to Shore Lodge. The kids enjoyed the fire pit at night and we loved having the board games to play. The house is in overall good condition and clean. We cooked most of our meals and found it to be decently stocked for all of our cooking needs. Would definitely stay again it was a great family vacation.

BFF’s Wedding weekend

We stayed at this beautiful property for my best friend’s wedding. We had 6 people with us and we were all pretty comfortable. The house is beautiful and very clean. We didn’t receive the access code to get in until 5 so that was a little frustrating. But other than that we had a great time! The property is super close to everything in town.

McCall Stay

The property was excellent except for a minor cleanliness problem with the hot tub which was immediately taken care of. A problem was with communication with the owner. He was confused as to what property I had rented. He kept sending me emails prior to my arrival that pertained to another property. He described the wrong property and the address of 120 Park instead of 300 Edgewater. Upon arrival I realized the problem and found the correct property. Thankfully the door code was correct and we were able to get into the cabin. After that everything was fine.

Relaxing and convenient spot

This is a charming home that is well suited for couples with older children. The dense brush on the corner lot provides privacy. Multiple levels of deck with extra seating and hottub provided relaxing space for adults. Inside, has the cozy feel of a vacation getaway with all the simple essentials and without unneeded frills.

Family vacation

We loved this place! We only stayed two nights while skiing but wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were great and we had plenty of room for 7 of us. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked and we made breakfast each morning before heading out. We would definitely stay here again

This place worked very well for our stay. We have 6 guys on a snowmobile trip. Great Location

This unit was nice and close to town. A couple of things I would suggest is to have the wood pile filled so we didn't have to dig wood out from 6 foot of snow. I would suggest replacing the coffee pot with a faster brewer or newer machine and finally. I would suggest either calling it a house that sleeps 8 or replace the two pull outs with bunk beds or two queens upstairs. This way you cold list it as a 4 bedroom home . Overall this place was stocked very well with pot's pan and dishes. Everything was perfect when we arrived and when we left Dave the onwer is a Rock Star and we would love to come back to McCall and visit sometime. Thank you

We love this home and we love McCall and Boise.
We owned a vacation rental lake house on Woahink Lake in Florence, OR and rented it on VRBO. A few years back we moved to Boise to be close to grandkids. Then we fell in love with McCall. When the Oregon home sold we bought the little Lemonwood Cabin and started renovating. We had so much fun we had to buy Edgewater when we saw it. Now expanded, renovated and a Hot Tub added! You will love it too!
Take care of it and take care of our neighbors! This is our second home.
