Beautiful Place to Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely property and I can't wait to come back. Very peaceful and having both the hot tub and the river was a dream. The kitchen was fairly well apportioned (would be nice to have condiments/basics available, like oil etc.). Also the back bedroom bed squeak was not great. But that didn't ruin the vibe. Just some things that could improve the experience.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting and were able to take advantage of both the hot tub and the river. We appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the kitchen essentials and the squeaky bed in the back bedroom. We’ll be sure to share these notes with our team as we’re always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience. We’re so glad you had a wonderful stay and look forward to welcoming you back! The Reflections house exceeded expectations and I …. wasn’t expecting that. Its proximity to town, the quiet, the big space - both inside and out. There really isn’t anything I can find that we didn’t like about the place. And don’t let the lack of AC scare you: A few of us were nervous and not once did we experience any overheating. The ceiling fans are top rate and the portable cooler in the living room did the trick just fine. And we were there in the height of the summer. On the day of our checkout, I had a couple of different questions and called a couple of different times and the property management company was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Spacious home at the river

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is on a huge piece of property, with lots of usable space inside and out for groups to hang out. Close to Guerneville and in a quiet neighborhood. One caution: the dock was not usable when we stayed there & I only found out after inquiring. It was not ideal, but there is a small nice beach within a short walk. The owner is very responsive, and the kitchen is very nice, although minimally stocked. Hot tub worked great!
Response from VrboOwner on Jul 28, 2026
Glad you had a nice stay. We would love to host you again. We are sorry the State did not install the Dam. All of our paperwork and every ad we have that the dock would not be placed in 2026 due to the State not placing the dam in the lower Russian River. It impacts all houses below Johnson's beach. We did reach out to all guests informing them of this and again, placed it in all of our ads.. This is the only year the State has not put in the dam. Thanks, Stace

This is a huge property! When we pulled in to the fairly hidden driveway, we were delighted to find a family of 5 deer grazing on the front lawn. They meandered away during unloading, but stopped by for dinner or breakfast each day of our stay. This is a marvelous house for a get together. We have a family member in nearby Fairfield, so she joined our group. There are tons of nearby restaurants, but the house is so well stocked, we didn’t want to leave. Instead, we cooked each night, after our days of exploring. Another commenter mentioned the kitchen wasn’t well stocked. I was very happy with the kitchen! Sadly, as I was checking drawers prior to checking out, I found a whole drawer of spices that we’d missed. Too bad, but we made do with what we brought. The great room has a huge dining room table - so big that we managed our meals on one end and a jigsaw puzzle on the other end. I can’t recommend this house enough! It’s huge, comfy, and welcoming. We walked down and sat in the dock every morning and afternoon. What a peaceful vacation!

This was a great place to stay for a family of all ages!

Reflections is a private space with a huge yard. We enjoyed our stay at Guerneville. We were sad to see the River was very low, and not accessible, so we couldn't enjoy the river as much as we wanted.
