We had a great time at Lily Pad! The perfect location on the river and an easy walk into town. The house is beautiful and the basement offers a great play space for the kids. We plan on making this a regular trip for our family!

Had a wonderful time. The place was great and had a lot of fun on the river. Excellent wi-fi. Pet-friendly. P.S. there were only five forks in the kitchen. Could have used a couple more.

Great riverfront location!

We enjoyed all of the amenities this property had to offer! Sitting on the dock in the evening and watching the fish jump in the river was so relaxing! Great house for families. Close to restaurants and beaches.

A stay among the Redwoods

Upon first impressions, the house was spacious and inviting. The inside was clean and comfortable, and the back deck had an amazing view of the ridge and two huge redwood trees flanking each side. Our families enjoyed the big open grassy area and the small pool and slide for the kids as well. It was a short drive or walk to the town to grab coffee, groceries, or dinner. A great place for a getaway from the city!

The perfect river house

We had an amazing stay! The location is ideal. We hung out on the dock and played in the water the entire time. Our kids loved playing frisbee in the backyard and splashing around in the sprinkler. When it was time to eat, we just walked across the bridge. 10/10. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The Lily Pad

Overall a great stay. The house itself could use a bit of love and care. You definitely know you're in a rental. Though, for the most part it was clean and comfortable.

Up in the trees and down by the water....

What a wonderful girls weekend. I do have one complaint, and that is that we didn't have more days! We will definately be back to play and relax. The hot tub on the deck was a nice touch and allowed us all to sit and talk and drink in the cool night air. There is nothing I would change...ok maybe have some beach towels available ;0) Management was attentive and helpful and the place was simply perfect! Pingpong and darts were fun too!

Great rental near downtown Guernville and Russian River

The house was wonderful. Lots of space to roam and play. Was a total bummer that there was literally NO water in the river. So sad to see. Can’t blame the rental for this. At least my infant was able to splash around in one of the kiddie pools in the basement. If the water returns I would love to rent this home again.

Wonderful house with a ton of amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Lily Pad with our kids and dogs and had a great time. The bunk room was perfect for our 2 kids (you can sleep 4 in there), and my husband and I had the 2 remaining rooms to ourselves. I state this because we sleep in a Cal King bed at home, and the 2 beds are queens. The "master" queen was quite soft and so I ended up sleeping by myself in the other room for more room and a much more supportive bed. The hot tub was wonderful (programmed to 105 degrees which we brought waaay down), the kayaks and floats are in great shape. The dock is in a great location, we utilized it for play, picnics, and launching into the water. We took full advantage of the fire pit, and the yard in general. The location cannot be better. We walked into town with our kids for breakfast. Along the way we played at a park, walked over a pedestrian bridge, and met some local folks. We would definitely stay here again!

A peaceful and restful retreat

My husband and I needed a retreat from work and city life with our dog. We found the home to meet all our needs. We spent a lot of time on the decks surrounded by the redwood trees and the view of the river. We brought a baby gate so that our dog could safely be on the deck without wandering off into the neighborhood. We loved the hot tub. We had a few hot days and the house stayed at a comfortable temperature. The house is very clean. We cooked all our meals and found the kitchen well equipped and used the Weber grill every night. Sheets and towels that are provided are crisp and well maintained. This is a perfect home for a family or two couples. A few things to note: Because the house is in a residential neighborhood, there was construction going on-noisy and gardening on the property and nearby properties-noisy during the day, but nothing we are not use to in our own neighborhood and no fault of the management company. Also for salad making, we may have missed it, but there was no salad spinner and we eat a lot of salads. Bring your own. We had a difficult time finding any off leash areas for our dog including the beaches close to Jenner. But with all that said-our stay did serve our purpose-to rest, relax, be surrounded in nature and to spend quality time together.

Very nice house on the river. we will be renting again next year. Did have a power outage for a few hours, but house was equipped with flash lights and lantern, so no big deal.

Lovely Getaway

The Lily Pad is magical, and it does not disappoint! Wide open windows, redwoods and the river. Growing up in Sevastopol, my husband and I both felt like he is kids if we could go out to the river for an afternoon. Getting to spend leisurely days on the dock, paddling the kayaks down to Johnson’s Beach for lunch at the snack bar, and watching a little birds in the morning, swoop up and down the river looking for breakfast as we drink our coffee on the dock is heaven. This is the second this is our second time at the Lili pad, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Staycation!!

We had such a great time! So much to do on the property and other activities all within walking distance. We had a group of teenage boys and they fished, kayaked, played ping pong, hot tub, and ate all weekend!We had a nice family dinner the last evening. I’m sipping coffee on the dock on the river right now soaking in the last hour of this tranquil place.Thank you, Lily Pad for such a wonderful time!
