The interior is light, bright, comfortable and spacious! Comfy furnishing, a large smart TV, new Gas fireplace and sliding doors that bring the outside in completes the vacation picture!

Wander down to your private dock to kayak, fish, float, or soak up the sun. Mornings start with coffee by the river mist, afternoons are for paddle races and lazy floats, and evenings mean hot tub soaks, s’mores, and starlit storytelling.

Inside, the game room keeps everyone entertained, while open living spaces are perfect for big breakfasts, snack spreads, and planning “just one more” dip in the river.

Downtown Guerneville is a short stroll away with shops, mini golf, pickleball, and sweet treats for a full day of family fun.

Kitchen – Large and well-appointed with everything you need for memorable meals. Granite counters, plenty of storage, and a breakfast bar make cooking and casual dining easy.

Living Room – Cozy with a sofa sleeper, sliding doors to the back deck overlooking the huge backyard and river, a new gas fireplace, large flat-screen Smart TV, and a mini bar with sink.

Dining Room – Open to the kitchen, with a large table for 8—perfect for meals and game nights! Sliding doors lead to expansive decks with river and yard views.

Bedroom 1 – Primary – Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 – Kids’ Room – Bunk beds with trundle and twin daybed; sleeps 4.

Bedroom 3 – Spacious with a comfy Queen bed.

Bathroom 2 – Hallway bath with tub and shower.

- PET POLICY -$120 Dog Fee per Dog - Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated. Please clean-up after pup. Yard is NOT enclosed
