Perfect Staycation!!

We had such a great time! So much to do on the property and other activities all within walking distance. We had a group of teenage boys and they fished, kayaked, played ping pong, hot tub, and ate all weekend!We had a nice family dinner the last evening. I’m sipping coffee on the dock on the river right now soaking in the last hour of this tranquil place.Thank you, Lily Pad for such a wonderful time!

We enjoyed all of the amenities this property had to offer! Sitting on the dock in the evening and watching the fish jump in the river was so relaxing! Great house for families. Close to restaurants and beaches.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With 3 young teens, this was a perfect place to escape for a long weekend. The house is on the river and sits high above the river bank. Beds are comfortable and the house is layed out well for hanging out at the dining room table, living room or out on the deck. We all also enjoyed the ping pong table and dart board in the basement. The jacuzzi was clean and nice, fluffy towels are provided. The only very small issues we had were not enough silverware (forks and regular knives) - besides that the kitchen was well equipped - we cooked all 3 nights and baked for breakfast and found everything we needed.

Perfect location! It felt quiet and secluded, yet was walking distance to downtown Guerneville. Snacks and even dog treats/poop bags/toys were provided. The fire pit out back is great for s'mores. We loved our stay.
