This home is open, bright and inviting in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll love my place because of all the windows and skylights, the comfy pillow-top beds, the kitchen, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, including a covered deck with a barbecue. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

It has a fully equipped kitchen. You'll have access to the washer and dryer.

This is only available for a month at a time. If you rent for 2 months or more months, ask us about a greater discount. We will consider allowing pets with an additional fee. You will need to sign a rental contract.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

This home is open, bright and inviting in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy pillow-top beds, the kitchen, the neighborhood, and the covered deck in the backyard.

The master bedroom has a huge window facing west, with views of Pikes Peak and the mountain range.

The neighborhood is well established with tall trees, a park just down the block. There are nice hiking trails in the neighborhood, with views of Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and the whole mountain range.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with the bright, open feeling with lots of light. Then in the past few years, I did some updates which made the house even more open and bright.

The Air Force Academy is about fifteen minutes away; Focus on the Family is five minutes; Compassion International is fifteen minutes; the Olympic Training Center is twenty minutes; Garden of the Gods and downtown is twenty minutes. You can be in the mountains within thirty minutes. (All times are approximate.)
