We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was exceptionally clean and I really appreciate that. The linens were bright white and clean also. The location was excellent and not busy, nice and quiet. We went down town often to eat and frequently went to Garden of the Gods.

The home was super cute, and cozy. It had everything we could possibly need and the location was ideal. We walked into town, to the free shuttle bus that took us to the Cog Wheel Train and just down a few blocks was a mineral springs fountain we used to fill up our water bottles.

This beautiful little place was an absolute delight! It was so clean, had everything available for all needs. The Host responded within minutes and was always so helpful! We traveled here from Virginia and Kansas and was so impressed with the beauty and kindness we received everywhere! I recommend this little town and definitely this little cottage for your next vacation!!

The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a place to park and the availability of a laundry. The cottage is a little old and the floors are creek a bit so it's hard to not make noise in the mornings. Convenient but just enough away to be very nice.

We picked the perfect house for the week. It had everything we needed. The house had a fantastic water heater. They even provided a food and water bowl for my dog. Everything we wanted to do was within 5-10 min drive. I especially loved the walking trail with a stream right across the street. We saw deer in the backyard everyday. The host checked in to see if we had everything we needed. We are very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and comfortable home!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home! It was in a great location to walk or catch the shuttle into downtown Manitou Springs, comfortable king-size beds, well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing living room! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Felt like home

Fantastic little house that felt like home! Backed up to the cliff, it was quiet and comfy. The hosts were amazing and quick to answer any questions and take care of any needs. Close to downtown and easy to find. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for wedding

We attended a wedding at Craftwood peak and this place was just around the corner! Also this place is directly across from Briarwood, another popular wedding event place. This is very close to the tourist area of Manitou Springs. The house is old and has some quirks ( squeaky floors) but I found it charming. Many nearby eateries and the river is across the street!
