Embrace the spaciousness and luxury it provides, ensuring a truly regal experience during your stay. Another delightful bedroom awaits, featuring a full bed and twin bunk. This versatile space offers cozy accommodations for both children and adults alike. Continuing our journey, we come across another inviting bedroom adorned with a full/twin bunk bed. Comfort and relaxation are at the forefront, making it an ideal retreat after a day of adventure. The next bedroom offers the same comforting layout, with a full/twin bunk bed. Finally, a serene queen bedroom completes the collection of sleeping quarters.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Great Vacation

The house was huge and had the perfect layout for having multiple families stay together. the pool was nice to have as well.

Family vacation to Orlando

This was our first family getaway to Orlando. The listing was accurate as listed. The kids loved the pool and had a great time in the house. Couple small issues came up that were dealt with quickly (like low battery in the alarm and it started alarming). Couple of suggestions. The pans are old and could use replacing and ceiling fans or oscillating fans in the bedrooms would be a great asset as the rooms get stuffy at night. Otherwise would recommend this place highly and would stay again

Disney family trip

The house was very beautiful. My family of 14 arrived at the house for a family vacation which included people of all ages. We arrived on Monday night and was to stay until Friday. Everything was excellent until Thursday when we noticed that the house wasn’t cooling at all. We also noticed that a guy had been cutting the grass earlier and we heard a loud noise and shortly after that is when the air stop cooling. I adjusted the temperature thinking that maybe that would fix the problem but it didn’t. My first step was to send them a text message by the device that was mounted to the wall. They sent a text back to let me know that it was received but still nothing else. By this time the temperature was reading 83 in the house. I continued calling and begged someone to please come out because it was getting unbearable. It took them about 4 hours to send someone and the house was now about 88 degrees. They ended up sending 3 people by 10 o clock at night and they still couldn’t get it fixed. They offered to return 10% of my money. I asked if they had a portable air unit or some fans that we could use because I had elderly people and infants in the house that I was scared they would get sick from the heat. I was told that the maintenance man was working on that and he would return my call asap. It’s sad to say I’m still waiting on that call . So at 1 o’clock in the morning we had to find a Walgreen so we could purchase anything to help keep everyone cool.

Good family home

We needed a place for 3 families this was it from the beginning of our vacation until the end. All the kids had a great time together and the parents had great fun together as well. Will come again.

Needs work

We had multiple problems while we stayed at this property. We had to contact the property manager for multiple reasons. There was only two small pots and pans to cook, the dryer vent hose was off the dryer, the place was dirty on check in, the bbq was not cleaned and had to get our own propane, there was a mouse in the house, the pool went green, the wifi was so slow we couldn’t use it. The property manager dealt with the pool, dirty floors and bbq very quickly but the others were not dealt with. The place looks tired and needs to be freshened up. The club house was far from the residence and required you drive or take the free shuttle. The house was spacious and beds were comfy.
