Introduzca el último paraíso! Siesta Key en Sarasota es conocido por sus hermosas playas de arena blanca, limpio. Nuestra unidad de alquiler se encuentra en Harbor Towers, justo en el medio de Siesta Key, por lo que puede llegar a pie a la playa de Siesta público o ir sobre uno de los dos puentes a tierra firme para disfrutar de centro de la ciudad con muchas galerías y restaurantes, centros comerciales y museos.

Esta unidad se encuentra en el tercer piso (con 3 ascensores), con vistas a la bahía con puerto deportivo. Está amueblado y decorado con gusto. Luminoso salón con sofás y TV confortable, amplio dormitorio con cama king size y dos armarios de gran tamaño, cocina completamente equipada, un montón de espacio de almacenamiento y azulejos, vidrio y screeen lanai cerrado. Tome un baño en la piscina climatizada, jugar al tenis en una de las tres pistas de tierra batida o disfrutar de gimnasio y sauna.

¿Perdimos algo? ¿Qué hay de paseo por la noche en los (muelles disponibles para alquilar) puerto deportivo, cena barbacoa en la piscina o una copa de vino en la playa mientras ve una impresionante puesta de sol! Solo traiga su cepillo de dientes, camisa, pantalones cortos y chanclas y encajar perfectamente!

We loved the location and the building and grounds are lovely. Our favorite hangout spot was by the intercoastal watching the herons, pelicans, and boats go by. The unit is spacious and updated. Unfortunately we were there during the long cold snap and the heat didn’t work properly. We froze. Furnishings could be more comfortable, especially the mattress.

We appreciate the comments and will follow up on the mattress and the chair mentioned there with the owner. As to the heat - the HVAC unit in the apartment s connected to the tower, that controls heat for all units in the building. Unfortunately, the tower was failing during the highest demand for heat. We have supplied the appartment with 2 portable heaters, but it evidently was not enoug, but we wish to hear about all complaints during the stay and not after the departure when reading the review and getting a low score. We would have taken necessary actions to make their stay more comfortable and earn more stars.

Harbor Towers is very nice

Harbor Towers is a nice condo and our apartment was a perfect size for the two of us with a good sized Living Room, Bedroom, and a decent kitchen. There also was a small patio dining area. We enjoyed the outside sitting area on the waterway and the grills in the pool area. There was a nice pool and some good tennis courts for those looking for such amenities. The one drawback was the lack of beach access...the nearest public access was more of a short drive than a walk. After taking the short drive/long walk, of course the beach was exceptional.

Unexpected

The building was undergoing major plumbing repairs and we were without the room for one day, 8:30-5. I don’t know who to blame, VRBO or the unit management. Something like this would have been known prior to signing. Electric power to the whole building one day while crews continually worked on scheduled construction.

We are sorry to hear our guests were not satisfied, because we have discussed the plumbing problem (the unit was without water for one day from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m) with them prior to their arrival and offered them another accommodation to stayed at. The building is undergoing a plumbing project with our unit scheduled to be worked on in October, but this was an emergency work, that has to be performed and the HOA notice came only few days before our guests arrival. Guests confirmed they will be fine staying there, taking a trip for one day, so we continued with the reservation and stacked the unit with drinking water for their arrival. We checked with them the day after no water day, everything was back running, no complaints. We hope there will be no more emergencies and our future guests can enjoy their stay in Harbor Towers. Siesta Key immer wieder

Wir haben eine schöne und voll ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Wir hatten im Vorfeld mit der Vermieterin mehrfach per Email korrespondiert. Mit den Hinweisen der Vermieterin war der Check in problemlos. In der Wohnung gab es alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, einschl. Sonnenschirm, Strandstuehle und Cooler. Die Einrichtung war modern und es waren viele kleine Dinge bereits vorhanden, Toilettenpapier, Küchenartikel, Gewürze, alles was man im Haushalt benötigt. Alles, was online versprochen wurde, war da, ausser dem, Fittnisstudio, das wegen Wasserschaden durch den Hurican nicht genutzt werden konnte. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Lage des Apartments, liegt im 3. Stock auf der Nordseite und direkt oberhalb der zentralen Klimaanlage für das gesamte Haus, besonders nachts war ein leises Maschinengeraeusch zu vernehmen, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Insgesamt können wir das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Winter Paradise

Couldn’t ask for better weather on our trip to Siesta Key! The condo was nice, but the rugs were rediculous! My husband kept tripping over the area rugs placed on top of the wall to wall carpet! They should remove the light colored carpet & put down tile or wood floors. The most annoying thing was the sound of the trash collectors every morning on one side of the condo & the area where everyone dumps their garbage in the room next to our unit #314. You could here it all hours of the day & night, needless to say, I got very little sleep! Then, I woke up one morning & the kitchen faucet was leaking all over the inside of the cabinet! What a mess. They had to replace the entire faucet, so we stayed in the condo that day until the plumber came & replaced it! It was definitely not the best vacation for us!

Hello, We are responding to current review submitted by Sandra. We wish they would contacted us with all issues they were experiencing during their stay and not after their departure, so we can take action right away. The rugs are placed there, because the carpet is light and we are trying to keep it clean especially in heavy traffic spots. If we knew they are a problem, we would remove them. The trash collection room is in the hallway and we have not had a complaint about it before, but understand and will ask the HOA to put sign on the door to limit hours of usage. Kitchen faucet - the faucet broke and we had to replace it . We asked guests if they plan on being home for the replacement and they said yes, otherwise we would have come and provide entry for the plumber. At the end, it is all about communication between managers, owners and guests; so for any future guests, please keep in mind we need to hear about issues, so we can act and make your stay better. Management

Relaxing vacation

Harbor Towers very nice, good location. Pool great, barbecue area wonderful. Plenty of seating along harbor. Property manager prompt with answers to concerns. Location of unit good except for noise on trash and recycle pick-up mornings. Kitchen well equipped. Just wish washer and dryer in unit.

Great stay, extremely clean unit, easy access to everything.

Property well kept, pool very nice, excellent water view with plenty of seating. Would be nice to have a balcony but it was closed in. Overall very good value.

Lovely apartment, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, including superfast internet/wifi. The building complex was in the perfect location and had great facilities, pool, tennis courts (3), an updated gym and a beautiful dock area with benches overlooking the waterway. It was close to the beautiful beach, and to many other places to visit including Downtown Sarasota, St Armands Circle, Venice and much more. There were one or two very minor things which prevented us from giving this five stars - the beach chairs were shot to bits, a bulb in the kitchen was not replaced and left the kitchen a little dim (we had advised of these things as soon as we arrived, but in the 18 days we stayed nothing happened); however, when we had a problem with the wifi, Monika was very efficient in coming round and sorting it out for us. We were also not keen on constantly being able to hear the generator as we were only 2 floors above it. However, these little things didn't spoil our stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

We welcome every comment from our guests, even those critical ones, because it helps us to improve our services for future guests. We were informed about the light bulb and the beach chairs few days after our guests arrived, but because they have not requested to correct it right away, we were under the impression it could wait after they depart. Here is a sentence from their e-mail: "We're certainly not asking anyone to come out especially, bit if there happens to be anyone working in another apartment in the Harbor Towers building, maybe they could pop in and sort the light out for us? If not it's not a big problem." We have already replaced beach chairs with new, Tommy Bahamas ones and replaced that one not working light bulb in the kitchen. The noise from generators was unfortunate and unplanned; caused by emergency repairs of the cooling tower by the management of the building for few days. It is all fixed now. Property Manager Monika

Sehr schöne Wohnung der es an nichts fehlt

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Alles war auf einem neuen Stand. Die Anlage ist ruhig in der man sich sehr für erholen kann. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Der Kontakt zur Vermietern war äusserst nett.

Great place

Wasn't sure what to expect, but really pleased with the place. We went in May just after the "season" had finished so there were many apartments empty and the place was fairly quiet. The facilities were excellent, the grounds were very well maintained. There is access to but we didn't use, two barbecue areas, tennis courts, covered eating area, a fitness room with sauna. The pool was a good size for cooling off. The foyer was like coming into a 5* hotel and there was excellent security in and out of the building Enjoyed being able to sit out by the canal and watch the boats going by. The only draw back to the location was beach access which was approx. 5-10 min walk away to the public beach and approx. 10 min drive to the village or off the island for local supermarkets etc. A very enjoyable stay

What a great location and accommodation! We loved our 2 weeks at Harbor Tower . Ideal for 2 people

The condo was very clean with all the amenities you need. The only drawback is the very low noise you hear from the elevators and or service people since location of condo is close to these areas. However if you've had a day of activity that exhaust you, you probably will never notice. I am a light sleeper so I did. Loved the ability to sit by the intercoastal and watch the boats and dolphins. Will definitely go back.

Outstanding property and visit

The condo we leased in Siesta Key was large, modern, very clean and well appointed. All kitchen amenities were readily available. The laundry facilities were just across the hall and the trash facility was super convenient. The building entrance was grand and security was 24/7. The swimming pool and area was very well maintained and we spent many afternoons there after our walk on the beach across the street. Conveniently located to many restaurants. The property management was very responsive. We would love to stay there again and highly recommend this facility.
