From this true Cape Cod cottage, a private oceanside beach is just a 500 ft. away. Enjoy partial ocean views from the deck or head down to Chatham Light/Lighthouse Beach. Enjoy the lighthouse light as it sweeps the conservation land abutting the private deck. Chatham Village, famous for its shops and restaurants, is only 1.1 miles away. Added plus you can bring your dog to this Pet Friendly Cottage.

On the right side of this cottage there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has a Queen bed and a third bedroom has a bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on the top. Each of the bedrooms has a window air conditioning unit. Across the hall is a bath with shower and washer/dryer.

There is an open livingroom/kitchen area that is comfortable and nicely appointed with flat screen television. There is a window air conditioning unit in the kitchen to keep things cool. This room has a slider to the deck with outdoor dining table with umbrella and gas grill. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. At the back of the cottage there is an enclosed outdoor shower. This cozy cottage offers beach chairs as well.

A few houses down you'll find the marina for all of your boating/kayak/rental needs. This property is thoroughly enjoyed by owner, soon to be thoroughly enjoyed by you. Four Night Rentals accepted during parts of September to November. Contact rental office for nightly rates.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
