Winter Break Stay

We had a great stay at Notty and Nice. Very quiet neighborhood. House bigger than pictures make it look. Needs a hot tub on the deck and would be perfect! Well equipped, clean and cozy. Comfortable beds too. Would stay here again for sure.

Gem in the Sapphire/Cashiers area

Our family had a great long weekend at Knotty and Nice. The house is in a neighborhood but is very private with easy drives to hiking at Whiteside Mountain and waterfalls throughout the area. The house had everything we needed with a deck and living area on the bottom floor that our 3 teenage children loved. The main floor deck with the outdoor fireplace was tremendous for cool evenings. We would love to come back on our next trip to the area.

Cozy & welcoming

The home is deceptively roomy and well appointed; we had 8 adults and were very comfortable. Back deck has a fireplace. Nice neighborhood close to amenities, hiking & shopping. We plan to return.
