This charming Key Largo home name "Lazy Dayz" offers direct ocean views from the living areas and bedrooms. The outside is complete with a tiki hut, picnic table, patio seating, gas grill, and 47 feet of private dock. Guest can bring a boat up to 23 feet and use our private dock. Guest must notify owner if bringing in a boat.
Guest also have access to their very own private storage
to keep kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling, dive gears, and bulky luggages, etc.

The interior of the home was completely renovated and decorated with casual coastal colors giving this home a very Keys feel. This home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps comfortably up to 5 guests. The master bedroom, with views of the water, is decorated in a calming teal reminiscent of the nearby waters. Here, you'll find a king-size bed, and a bonus side room with a full-size bed. The second bedroom, outfitted in a dazzling blue, contains a queen-size bed and views of the water.
The home has FREE high speed WiFi, Direct TV, Bose Bluetooth Speakers, and Flat screen TV's in each room. For guest's added convenience, the home includes a private washer and dryer located inside the renter's storage.
There's also a shopping center less than a mile with stores like Publix Supermarket, KMart, restaurants, bank, as well as clothing boutiques. There are many restaurants within the area that have been televised on the Food Network Show (Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives) boasting local chefs with their signature seafood, steaks, pastas, and many more. Don't forget the Key Lime Pie - Yummy!!
Since this home offers access to a nearby private beach, you'll want to be sure to get your toes wet in some of the nicest waters in the country. If you'd prefer to stick closer to home we have a dock ladder on our private dock so you can take a swim or snorkel. You will also find many sporting activities within the area where you'll find boat rentals, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayak, bike rentals, scuba diving, and many more.
If you're up for a short road trip, the Everglades sit just under 40 miles away. Get (not too) up close and personal with alligators and various birds, and be sure to stop by a local restaurant for some local cuisine.
