Waterfront Cottage on Working Fisherman's Harbor with Shared Dock and Float

Formerly a "Thompson Cottage", this two bedroom, 1 bath cottage nestled on the Maine coastline overlooking a working fisherman's harbor with shared use of dock. One floor living with large living area and stone fireplace. Short walk to the center of New Harbor or desirable Back Cove. Open deck on the back to watch the lobsterman go out with the sunrise and come in with the sunset. Located near Harborside #1, cottages can be rented separate or together for larger parties. Dogs considered with owners' permission and pet fee. Dock and float replaced in 2025!

Three night minimum rentals offered during the off-season.

**Wood fireplace can no longer be used.
