Location
The Kadenwood neighbourhood is perched on the south side of Whistler Mountain, high above Whistler Creekside. It is easily accessible by road or 4 minutes by private gondola from the base of Creekside. Kadenwood provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out trails on the edge of an old-growth forest and offers astounding Coastal Range views.
Kadenwood Gondola
All Kadenwood guests have access to a private gondola; this will take you on a 4-minute ride directly to the Creekside Village, leading to shops, restaurants, a grocery store and the Creekside Gondola for slope access. A small parking area at the top of Kadenwood Gondola makes transporting people and sports equipment very easy and convenient. It takes a 5-minute walk or a 1-minute drive to reach the gondola from this property. View gondola operating hours here.
Ski Information
Ski out directly from the rear entrance of this property via a ski access trail that leads to the 'Lower Peak to Creek Trail.’ This will lead to the base of the Creekside Gondola. The access trails are narrow and more suited for intermediate skiers. For beginners, we recommend taking the 5-minute walk to the Kadenwood Gondola and making your way to Creekside.
Ski in straight from the hill to the access point at the top of the Kadenwood Gondola by following the ‘Kadenwood’ trail. It is a 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive back to the property from here.

Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Things to Know
Serenity is for sale. Stays booked within 60 days of arrival are unlikely to be impacted. However, if the home sells and we cannot fulfill your reservation at the booked property, we will arrange for suitable alternative accommodations of comparable quality from our portfolio. We will refund you fully if we cannot find suitable alternative accommodations and must cancel your reservation. Additionally, we will pay $750 per night booked, up to a maximum of $5,000, in full and final settlement for all liability due to the cancelled booking. Please check on the status of the home with our reservations team.
Booking requests. Please note that we do not offer instant booking on this property. Online bookings are considered booking requests and will be subject to review.
Construction next door. The homesite next to Serenity Estate is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of this property.
