*** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting.
SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES.
