Our luxury townhouse is perfect for anyone wanting to experience a piece of paradise in the Pacific Coast. Ideal for up to 8 people. Enjoy the best view of the bay from your own infinity pool or relax in the ocean just 100 steps away. Truly amazing!

SPACE

The townhouse is located in Punta Esmeralda, a premium location in Bahia de Banderas with a 1 km beachfront.
It is a luxury 4 bedroom house, ideal for fitting up to 12 people. The large terrace has the best views of the bay as well as a small infinity pool which can also be heated.

Each bedroom (master + two bedrooms with two full beds+ bedroom with bunk beds) has its own bathroom and closet. And three of them have air conditioning.

The kitchen counts with everything you need including fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Living and dining room are nicely integrated with the terrace.

The beach is just 100 steps away!!

The complex (Punta Esmeralda) counts with security, gym, tennis court, 8 pools and a restaurant next to the beach.
A funicular is also available.

NEIGHBOURHOOD

Punta Esmeralda is located between Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle making it possible to enjoy fine dining, gourmet bistros, traditional mexican and seafood markets and a walk along the exclusive marina, all of this 5 min away. Puerto Vallarta downtown is 25 minutes by car.

A lovely Stay

We spent a month in this lovely townhouse in the excellent condo community of Punta Esmeralda. There were some issues initially with appliances but the owners were extremely responsive and these things were quickly repaired. The view off the patio is breathtaking and the grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed using the small gym located by the spa.
