4 Bedroom Beachfront home situated in the center of the desirable Punta Esmeralda development. The properties premium location and expansive balcony offers stunning views of the Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre mountains.

Coral 7 is ideally suited as a family vacation home. Quiet, private, amazing ocean views and a house that is fully equipped with everything for a great holiday. Access to the house is at ground level. Situated at the top of the Coral building allows for total privacy and unobstructed views. Immediately overlooking the beach allows for easy access and the soothing sound of the ocean at night.

The Punta Esmeralda development is exceptionally well designed and is very high quality throughout. The complex has its own 24 hour security staff, gated entry, and closed-circuit security cameras throughout. There are a wide range of activities on site including 8 swimming pools, tennis courts , fully equipped Gym and Deluxe Spa.

Nearby there is a world class marina and harbor with sailing or fishing trips available.
There are also a wide range of golf courses from a basic family course through to championship courses at Punta Mita. Punta Esmeralda is situated within a few minutes of a great variety of restaurants/cuisines.

Our property manager will assist you with information regarding local services services you may require. Maid service is provided once a week along with all necessary supplies including bath, beach towels and linens.

Good location but the unit needs TLC and some attention.

Great location but the unit needs some TLC. If the owner and manager put a little love and thought into the unit, it could be so amazing!! Would have been nice if the owner or management checked in to see if we needed anything. List of issues and room for improvement New coffee maker - we bought a new one Master bathroom needs new shower head, very old and missing rubber sprayers from hard water. Multiple color bulbs throughout condo, keep ALL light bulbs to 2700 to 3000k Color. They have mixed 6000k lights in multiple rooms! Looks terrible. No privacy shade in 2nd bedroom shower 2nd bedroom shower drain needs to be cleaned out, it smells and drains has hair and old grime in it The place was dusty needed cleaning along with the patio as well Bath towels are stained Plunge pool was cold, never used it Sheets and comforters are old, some very old! The dryer vent has a massive hole in it Old pots and pans Older cooking tools TVs are sooooo old!!! Wifi was almost non-functional, loses connection. The poor signal due to cheap and dated router

Nos gusto mucho Coral 7!

We really loved this unit and the surroundings of Punta Esmeralda. The landscaping is beautiful, the tennis courts, spa and gym are all well maintained. The restuarant has very good food and is worth a few meals or pool side snacks, despite being a bit pricey. The pools are beautiful and many to choose from around the resort. The condo worked very well for 2 families / 4 kids and is well stocked with the essentials in the kitchen you need. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms were clean and sheets/comforters/towels were nice. The view is spectacular and the dipping pool on the deck was very nice, we used it almost daily. You need to taxi / bus / drive to any amenities from the resort. There aren't really any gas stations / kioskos/ grocery stores within walking distance. The front gate attendants are very helpful in getting taxis and that was easy. It would just be nice if Punta Esmeralda had some walkable grocery / liquor store nearby. A new restaurant - Sukha - is a 10min beach walk towards Bucerias that has great food, good prices, nice beach and great staff. A fun find! Muchas gracias John and Ita - you were very accomodating, accessible to communicate with and have a beautiful spot in Mexico to call your second home!

Fabulous condo in perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo, just about everything needed was provided. A beach umbrella could be helpful for beach days, otherwise everything else was handy. Many pools throughout the condo complex, a gym, boccee court, tennis courts (rackets provided), spa & a restaurant poolside. There is a small private pool off the deck, which is such a treat yet we would love to recommend a glass barrier put up so no water spills over onto the below neighbour's deck. Many of the other condo pools had this barrier which looks like a great idea. We took a bottle of wine to the neighbour as our first use of this pool sent water over the edge & added so much dirt into her pool . Ramon, the property manager was available by phone or text at all times. We will certainly try to book this condo again.

Good choice

The apartment is very comfortable & a lovely view you can enjoy throughout the day. We spent most of our time here on the terrace. The restaurant is small but has very good food. Not enough beach accommodations so bring your own but there’s pools throughout the compound to make up for it. Would definitely recommend.

The condo is located in the clean and quiet complex of Punta Esmeralda. We had a family of 8 and there was tons of room for everyone. The owners and maintenance were very responsive and easy to deal with. The grounds of the complex were very well maintained and we enjoyed many of the pools available. A great place for a morning beach walk! The condo itself was fairly well maintained, stocked with everything needed including sand toys for kids. The living room opening up into the large patio area is absolutely amazing. The owner informed us the dishwasher was not working but we did not seem to mind washing dishing looking at that view! There is a restaurant in the complex but if you are looking to get out renting a vehicle is highly recommended. The main highway takes you easily to places like Bucerias (the Mega is great for everything you need), Sayulita, La Cruz. Everything you need including good restaurants are a short (10-15 minute) drive away. Overall, the condo was a perfect place for a family vacation!

Location and decor is great.

We really enjoyed the condo. The owner and his agent were quite responsive. They are upgrading some of the utilities and keeping up with the maintenance. The condo is stocked with just about everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We spent a great 13 days with our family of six and everyone really enjoyed it. We shall return for more enjoyment. The only issue that should be better is the water and internet service. Fiber optics were being installed in the compound while we were there, so we expect that issue will improve. We were told, the water is well water from a well dug by the developer. The region is limestone do ground water is saturated with calcium and forms lime scale continuously. Thus, all faucets, dishwasher and laundry is affected. We got clean clothes but little to no suds in the washing machine. The dishwasher is not effective, so don’t plan to use it. Fore warned us fore armed..... so enjoy this lovely place even if not perfect yet. There is work going on to improve all this stuff. It’s safe, quiet and easy to find. The staff are helpful and the spa was nice.

Nice place, helpful owner

We enjoyed our stay at Punta Esmeralda. The Lonergan family condo was clean, spacious and nicely appointed with modern furnishings and many amenities. John, the owner, was a kind and attentive host via phone and email. He arranged for our transport from the airport, offered good regional advice including restaurant recommendations (Masala in La Cruz and Mark's in Bucerias), and seemed genuinely concerned that we had a good trip. This was a family (eight of us) getaway for my mom's 80th birthday and the condo worked well for that. There are numerous sitting areas inside and out and all the properties feature sweeping views of Banderas Bay. The Punta E. development features attractive grounds, numerous swimming pools (one is heated), two nice tennis courts and a pleasant beach cafe for breakfast, lunch and beverages. Try the ceviche, it was delicious! A couple things to be aware of: the beach is comfortable, wide and quiet but the swimming area is very rocky. It's manageable if you're careful or wear aqua sox or water shoes. We were there during the high season – Dec. 22-29 – but the complex never felt crowded and was a nice mix of American and Mexican families. There was only two beach umbrellas and limited chairs which we felt was inadequate so we made sure to grab one early. Cabs are cheap and plentiful but if you like to get around like we do, a car rental would have been more convenient. The nearest full service market is too far to walk. All in all this was an excellent option for a larger family visit to PV.

Excellent Vacation Rental!

We stayed at the condo for 1 week in March 2016, with a party of 5. The owners were very easy to deal with and the condo and complex are excellent! Clean, spacious, outstanding views and very comfortable. The complex is immaculate, very clean, multiple beautiful swimming pools, a great poolside restaurant. The facilities at the complex are very good, including the tennis courts, spa and gym. The beach is great for walking and strolling as far as you want to go. The location is excellent for touring the surrounding area of La Cruz, Punta de Mita, Bucerias, the airport, etc. I definitely would recommend this rental to anyone.

AMAZING VACATION, GORGEOUS PROPERTY!!!

My family along with some friends rented this condo last week for 11 days and had an amazing vacation! We have been to Puerto Vallarta several times and our stay here did not disappoint! We had teens with us and a toddler and this condo and the whole condo development was perfect for us! The pools were little kid friendly and the older kids had a blast playing marco polo until the pools closed every night at 10 in the colorfully lit up beachside pool. The photos in this listing do not do justice to the Punta Esmeralda grounds and the beach. The condo is beautiful, but the pools, gorgeous lounging areas with water features and gorgeous landscaping will blow you away! The master bedrooms (along with the living room and dining room) have a view of the Puerto Vallarta bay nightscape along with the sounds of waves outside....absolutely dreamy! The older kids had a great time playing tennis with the rackets provided at the condo and our little one loved playing in the sand and building sandcastles (all toys provided!). There was a beach volleyball net set up on the beach and our older kids found some other vacationers to play with. When we needed anything, Ramon the property manager, was good at getting us what we needed and he picked us up from the airport free of charge. I spent my birthday here during our stay, and decided to indulge with the spa services at the development and had a great massage (their prices were great!). The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous property with us:))

We have 3 children and have owned the property since our eldest was 4yrs old - our twins, first visited at 3 months old! It is our relaxing getaway with a fabulous view and the proximity to the beach for the kids. We live in California and love our holidays in Mexico.

Why they chose this property

We first visited Punta Esmeralda when it was at the planning stages. We purchased one of the first homes in the complex. We were drawn to the amazing view of the bay and surrounding area. Coral 7 was the only one we were interested in as it is at the center of the complex, has its own ground level entrance and has unobstructed views in all directions. We decided to furnish and equip the property to a very high standard so that when we or visitors were there, everything was available. We only rent it out for a maximum of 10 weeks per year to maintain that high standard.
