Directly across South Kihei Road is Kamaole III, a beautiful white sand beach that is great for swimming or snorkeling. Ocean views from the Lanai.
In order to insure our guests walk into a clean and well prepared environment, we clean and prep the unit ourselves.
We also pay the $36.46 resort fee and the $26.04 check-in fee for you to help make your check-in experience smooth and enjoyable.

Located in Building 4:
1. Exterior was newly painted in June/July 2017
2. Open lot on the north side allows tradewinds to blow through the condo.
3. Easy access, as it is close to the gate so you don't need to drive through the complex to get to the unit.
4. Close to the pool area without the noise of the pool area.
WE CLEAN THE UNIT OURSELVES after each rental as we have not found anybody to clean it who will take the time to clean it to our standards. We want to insure that you are very satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit when you arrive as we know a dirty unit can put a damper on your vacation. We believe that every guest deserves a clean, well appointed unit.
Our condo is part of the Kamaole Sands complex, which has a 24 hour front desk and provides an activities desk. There are complimentary Mai Tai's by the pool every Wednesday with free hula. The complex itself has a pool, a children's pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, tennis courts, and multiple areas for BBQ. The grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, safe, and family friendly.
The complex is located in close proximity to numerous restaurants, nightlife, shops, grocery stores, and much more. The complex is just steps from Kamaole III, a beautiful sand beach with lifeguards, volleyball courts, picnic tables, and a large park area. Kamaole III is wonderful for families, swimming, boogie-boarding, and relaxing. You also are within walking distance (~1 mile or less) of several fantastic beaches, including Keawakapu, Kamaole I and II, Charley Young, and the Cove (great for learning to surf and paddleboard!)
From breathtaking sunrises to lush waterfalls, thrilling adventures to relaxing beaches, Maui has activities for everyone. We are more than happy to provide you with recommendations and suggestions for countless activities, including whale watching, hiking, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, zip lining and much more! Maui offers everything from world-class restaurants to local diners cooking authentic Hawaiian cuisine. South Kihei Road has a variety of boutique stores and the nearby Shops of Wailea provides high-end shopping.
Public transportation, taxis, and ubers are available. However, most visitors find it useful to rent a car.
WE ARE ON ISLAND OWNERS AND AVAILABLE via cell phone should you need to reach us. We personally ensure that our condo is clean, inviting, and in great shape for your vacation. Between the two of us, we have lived on Maui for 113 years, needless to say we love Maui and are happy to provide you with information or recommendations!
The master bedroom is a loft-style room with a California king size bed. A second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be joined to create one king sized bed. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. All beds and mattresses are brand new.
