Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. I am here in Cancun now, I have been here two weeks and I'm staying another 10 days. For those who are wondering regarding issues during our guests stay: I confirm that both of our elevators work every day. I confirm that the leak in the kitchen is no more. We had a water proofing specialist come in and he did the entire roof. When I see a review that is not good, I take the time to come down here to inspect everything again. The toilets were all working. The locks worked, but it took too much effort, plus the doors were older, so I had all 3 sliding doors replaced with new ones. We have a toaster oven. The kitchen cabinets were just refinished, new hardware also. There is also brand new living room furniture. I will be getting photos of that hopefully Feb 21, we are booked solid until then. I also put in all new TV's they are all smart TV's 65", Samsung TV's. All the outdoor furniture is a year old. We do not advertise a hot tub, nor do we show pictures, because it is kept luke warm. If you want a hot tub, please use the spa. For the coffee shop, we say that they offer baguets and wraps, personal size pizza, and desserts and coffee. They still offer these options. Blessings all. I'm very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the resort Beth. For those out there that are trying to get a better understanding of the resort, there are thousands of reviews on google for Oleo Cancun Playa, located in the hotel zone in Cancun, right on the beach. This is the resort our unit is located in. And for feedback from those who want to hear from those who have stayed in the unit, and their experience with the resort, you can check out Tim's Ocean Condos Cancun. I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with the condo. I don't think this assessment is reasonable. The photos look exactly as the unit is. All of the outdoor furniture is brand new as of spring of 2024. We expressly show the information about the stairs at the very top of the write up, and put IMPORTANT, in all caps in this regard. I will agree that the AC's were struggling at the time of this stay, and I can confirm that the unit has all new AC systems for all zones of the unit. I also purchased the best brand available in Cancun, Trane. Also I put in far more tonnage than is suggested for his many square feet, since we have so many windows, and it gets cold in all the rooms. I confirm that we had a leak that was remedied. There is not a bad smell. I was there myself in August to oversee the AC installation, so I don't know what that part is about. Cancun had several hurricanes in 2024, and we lost a lot of sand, which uncovered some rocks. The beach recovers over time and the rocks have been covered by all sand as of this writing a few months later. My wife also provides excellent quality sheets, towels, and bath matts. If the guest had communicated about anything he did not like, we are always prompt to respond and take care of anything a guest may need. My wife and I take pride in keeping all our units very well updated. So it was very disappointing to see this review come through. Kind regards all.
