Magnifique condo de vacances de 3 chambres à Forest Ridge avec de superbes vues et équipements

Condo spacieux récemment mis à jour situé à Lincoln, NH. A / C, câble et WiFi sécurisé. Unité pour 8 personnes, cuisine avec appareils électroménagers pleine grandeur. Coin repas pour 6 personnes et chambre pour 3 personnes supplémentaires au bar du petit déjeuner. Le salon a un écran plat LED Samsung de 46 pouces, un foyer au gaz, des curseurs vers une grande terrasse et un nouveau canapé, une causeuse et un fauteuil inclinable. Le pont a une table de pique-nique, des chaises longues et un barbecue. Salle de lavage a laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. La chambre principale a un nouveau lit king size et une salle de bain attenante. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Il y a des téléviseurs et des placards dans toutes les chambres. Les serviettes et les draps sont fournis. Nous sommes juste en face du clubhouse et des courts de tennis. Le clubhouse dispose d'une piscine intérieure et extérieure, d'un bain à remous, d'un sauna et d'un centre de remise en forme. Forest Ridge est en plein cœur des Montagnes Blanches dans les villes pittoresques de Lincoln et Woodstock. Forest Ridge est situé au large de l'autoroute Kancamagus et est une communauté paisible entourée de forêts et de belles vues sur les montagnes.

Il y a de nombreuses attractions à proximité - y compris le parc d'État de Franconia Notch, Cannon Mountain avec son tramway aérien, Franconia Bike Path, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Loon Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, Hobo Railroad avec train-dîner, mini-golf. Lost River, Whale's Tale Waterpark, Polar Caves, Mount Washington, Cog Railroad, Santa's Village, Story Land et week-end. Nous sommes également à seulement environ 1/2 heure de tous les excellents magasins d'usine (hors taxes) de Conway et Tilton et à 1/2 heure du lac Winnepesauke. Les activités incluent la randonnée (nous sommes situés près du sentier et des huttes Applalachian), nager dans les belles eaux claires de nos rivières, faire du vélo, de la pêche, du canoë, du kayak, du rafting, de l'équitation, des tyroliennes et du golf abondent dans le blanc Montagnes.

Our hosts thought of everything to make our vacation a great one to remember! The home is absolutely wonderful!! The furniture and beds are so comfortable. A perfect getaway with an unbeatable location!

This place had it all for our family: indoor pool for the unpredictable NH weather, all the shops, restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment spots for the kiddos! While location is super important, nothing beats the cleanliness of this place and the welcoming coziness as you enter this end unit condo. Roland was super responsive when needed. We loved it here and would definitely stay again! Thank you for hosting us!!

Wonderful summer stay!

Our family gathered here for July 4th week and had a great time. This corner top-floor unit is very quiet. Quick walk to both the indoor and outdoor pool (although the indoor pool heater was broken, as was the hot tub). Home was a great size for 4 adults and 2 small children. Nothing fancy but totally functional! My one real complaint is that the carpet needs to be replaced. So many large visible pet stains that grossed us all out.

Peaceful, spacious, spotless and perfect location!

A perfect getaway for us! Great location, lots to do on-site and nearby! All ages - from 6 months to 88 years! The cleaning ladies, Sara and Susan, were there and explained everything and were lovely to show us around! The owner is wonderful to work with and was very accommodating! There were only 3 of us going until the day before our getaway! The grandson and great-grandkids could go as a surprise! Will cherish the memories here for sure. We are hoping to stay here again next year! Highly recommended this beautiful getaway! Thank you Roland!

Perfect Stay!

We have stayed in the Lincoln area in different rentals for well over 20 years. This rental was among the best experiences we have had - from the cleanliness and amenities to our host Roland, we could not have been happier. With so many options, I highly recommend this listing. Roland reached out to us directly before we arrived to make sure we knew how to get in touch with him and how to easily access the condo. Happily, there was never a reason to contact him as everything was perfect.

4th of July at Forest Ridge

Enjoyable stay at Forest Ridge. Everything was nicer than expected - clean, quiet 2nd floor end-unit, very comfortable, a short walk to the recreation center, and excellent communications with Roland, our host. Condo was spacious (larger than appears in photos) and well-appointed as noted and in excellent condition, with clear directions for use and troubleshooting if needed (televisions/cable, HVAC, fireplace, laundry, etc.). Appreciate this being a pet-friendly unit as well, with wonderful grounds and pond for dog walking (with pet waste stations throughout). Fantastic location for enjoying all area attractions. Thanks for sharing this wonderful home, we hope to come back.

Central air was on the fritz

We enjoyed our time staying in Lincoln with a few exceptions. I had to reach out to the owner to get the code for the front door the day before. At that time he explained that there was a minor issue with the central air and to call if we had an issue. When we arrived at unit the ac was off and we couldn’t get it on. I called the owner, who called me back about 15 minutes later and was told to use a kitchen spatula to give the fan on the outside box a push to jumpstart the fan. This was not as easy as it sounds and my husband ended up with a nice gash on his arm from the sheet metal. I’m sure we are not the first people to have to deal with this issue. This continued to be an issue for our entire stay whenever the ac went off. Would not recommend staying here. The owner did give us a partial credit. There were also large stains on the carpeting but it is a “pet friendly condo” so I will let that slide

Fantastic Forest Ridge Experience

The property was clean and surprisingly spacious. Upper corner unit made for a nice private experience with beautiful views of the South Peak. Proximity to Pool/Clubhouse and Recreation area was a great add-on for the kids. Loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Great condo and location

Great condo for our annual hiking trip of 6 adults + dogs. Beds were incredibly comfortable and leather couches were a great place to hang out after a long day. The indoor and outdoor pools are a very short walk away. We loved walking the dogs around the pond that is right next to the condo. Roland was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

We loved our weekend stay at this three bedroom condo. It is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 4 twin (bunk beds) are great for two families traveling together - and the beds are crazy comfortable (We all remarked on how great we slept). The owners were great with communicating with us - and provide lots of information on nearby activities and restaurants. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

A great getaway

Fantastic location, convenient to attractions and activities. The condo is spacious and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The clubhouse is just steps away, which is a plus. Our host was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for Santa's Village

We took our three girls up to visit Santa's Village but wanted to stay somewhere with more to do in between. This spot in Lincoln was absolutely perfect for our family of five- clean, plenty of space, and a full kitchen. Plus the place is right across from the pool, which was a huge bonus for my water-loving kids. Roland was a perfect host- communicative, friendly, and full of great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again on our next White Mountains adventure!

We have been coming up to Lincoln since 2001. We just fell in love with the area on our first visit. The mountains and rivers are just spectacular. We love all the hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and all the other things to do in the area.

Forest ridge is the perfect location for us - beautiful grounds and nice layout - perfect for walking the property and the condo is the ideal size and layout.
