Welcome to Blue Breeze Cottage, the newest addition to our vacation rentals in Gulf Breeze, FL! This cozy 1 bed, 1 bath cottage is located in a quiet mixed-use neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from the popular Gulf Breeze Zoo. You'll be spoiled for choice with nearby restaurants, shops, gyms, and plenty of things to do. Plus, you're just 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach and 20 minutes from Navarre Beach.

Step inside and you'll be greeted with a tastefully tropical interior that provides the perfect mix of modern and cozy décor. The space features a comfortable living room and kitchen, with enough room for 2 adults in the one bedroom. But wait, there's more! There's also a pull-out sofa that can accommodate 2 more guests, making it a great option for couples, friends, or even a small family.

Outside, you'll find a large yard that's partly fenced in, perfect for your furry friends to roam around in. And if you're bringing your boat or RV/camper, no worries! There's enough room to park them and electricity/water for your camper is also accessible. Plus, there's laundry facilities in the home, so you can pack light and freshen up your clothes anytime.

Cute tiny home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very cute house it needs a little bit of work and the bed in the bed room is not a queen it's definitely a full sized bed but it was super comfortable! The house is in a GREAT location 20 minutes from Navarre Beach and 30 minutes from Pensacola beaches! The house sits in a circle community and the Gulf breeze zoo is right across the highway! The customer service was great They responded within a decent amount of time. They were very polite and respectful plus It had the perfect sized fenced yard for my mini dachshund. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway!

It was perfectly located close to the beaches, but also far enough away to feel like you lived there. Quite neighborhood, adequate size, and perfect for any time of year.

Great stay

This was the perfect spot for a little getaway. Check in and check out were very easy. The home was clean and comfortable.

Gulf Breeze Cottage

This rental was perfectly smack in the middle of our favorite locations! We got married on the Sunday of our vacation, and it was close to our destination, quiet, clean. Communication was great, I would definitely stay here again!

Great time

Place was neat and clean with a small amount of amenities to help getting snuggled in. Place was great WiFi good and the small touches made it a great experience I will look into the same company again

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed the cozy little cottage. It was nice to have a fenced in yard. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and in a good location. This place is a good value especially if you would rather bring your dogs instead of boarding them. We had a good time!

Relaxing stay

Love the fenced in yard for our dog Not many pet friendly places to go with our pet House location mixed with some run down trailers and nice houses I had my kayak outside for a fishing tournament and it stayed safe Only issues with house were no cold water in the shower after a long day in the sun not so fun showering in hot water Very limited cooking area - there is a 2 burner hot plate one side doesn’t work and only 2 temps high and low. But it was better than we thought because we didn’t think there was anything to cook with but a microwave. I would still recommend this to anyone, it was very relaxing and close to 98 so we could get anything we needed. I would rent again.

Small but mighty!

We had an amazing experience in this little cabin. Husband, myself and two “kids” stayed in the house and we were all pleased. Description of the house is spot on. Small front yard the dogs lined to run and play in…. Air conditions worked great. We did not use the camper spot but definitely room for more guests if you have a camper! All in all a great stay for us!!! Location is great for Pensacola Beach, and Navarre beach, Destin and Ft. Walton is a little drive but defined close enough to go enjoy also. We went to Navarre beach, and it was beautiful and NOT crowded. We will definitely keep this property on our go to’s when we come back this direction. Two minor issues first- grass was not cut, but we didn’t hang out there much so didn’t really bother us, and a smell of smoke in entry/washroom… but not unbearable.

There's Value in this one

If you're looking for a small place to stay that's on the low end of the price range, this is it. I don't think this is a house. It's a converted portable building with two additions on the front and back. Nicely done, but again, you're saving money with this one, so remember that. Most of our day was at the beach and eating out/shopping so we didn't need 1000 sq ft home for the two of us. It's like a studio with a yard in front and you can't hear any neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. We took our two small terriers. Plenty of yard for them and the fencing was new. Nice and secure. Our stay was after days of straight rain so the yard wasn't mowed. Washer and dryer are on the front breezeway and it's a good place to take off any sandy clothes you may still have on. Location is quite nice. Plenty quick access to the beaches. And not that far to downtown Pensacola either.

Cute little Cottage

Overall, this place is a great stay with your pet yard is a perfect size. You’re pretty close to everything or anything you might want. The biggest issue we had was the main beach that is about 7 miles away. Does not allow dogs, which was a bummer for us because we enjoy walking the beach with our, beloved pet. Property manager has great communication skills and handled any issues we had quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Needs attention and maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lawn was knee high and the dogs had to navigate to a lower grass level to pee. We stayed for 2 weeks and they came to mow on the day we were leaving! Walked in the door into the laundry area and the comforter and bed sheets were piled in the laundry basket. We were tired from traveling and had to do bedding laundry before we could even get to sleep. I dont believe the bed is a queen — more like a full. The bed frame even separated and I felt uncomfortable to sleep on it. I ended up on the sleeper sofa and my husband was on the broken bed for 2 weeks. All kitchen cups had to be washed-every cup was dirty and after I bought a new sponge/ scrubber we were able to make coffee and have water glasses. The shower drains super slow. God forbid a fire- the smoke detector needs to be checked AND if we are both in the bedroom should a fire happen,, there is no way to get out- we would die. The property definitely needs a review by the rental board.

Loved the porch with the rocking chairs. When we called asking about the key pad they were very helpful. The bed was hard to get in and out. Too close to the walls and my husband gouged his shins on the crooked bed frame.

Cute little place!

Exactly as described on the listing. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen area. The property manager was extremely communicative in all manners, and Im sure that would have continued if any issues had arisen. Nide quiet neighborhood, tucked away from the noise of 98. Would definitely stay here again!
