Sitting right by Holloways Marina and within a short stroll to the downtown Village this mountain retreat is the perfect destination for any group to spend their next vacation to Big Bear! Sip your morning coffee with the birds or enjoy incredible sunset views from the great patio deck or snuggle up in front of the toasty fireplace as you enjoy the mountains together, the possibilities are endless from here! Hop in the car and you are just ten minutes to local ski resorts, grocery stores, and activities.
The entry level living room is so cozy and relaxing with knotty pine walls and ceiling throughout you will truly feel like you have your own private treehouse to yourselves for your vacation! Snuggle around the fire as you pop on a movie on the flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) The open floor plan leads right into the dining room and equipped kitchen areas where you can enjoy plenty of space to dine together in the alpine. The equipped chef's kitchen provides all that you need to whip up your home cooked meals, slope side snacks, or even family holiday feasts right here at the cabin including stocked cabinets and general appliances for your use. The separate laundry room will come in handy for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains anytime of the year!
An upper level bedroom and bathroom plus a lower level bedroom and bathroom creates the perfect amount of space for you to sprawl out as a group or come together as a family here at Pine Nest, each room is made up for your arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your vacation stay. Head outside to enjoy this peaceful and quiet neighborhood with a wonderful grassed yard and patio sun deck which includes outdoor patio furnishings and incredible sunset views, you will love relaxing here under soaring pine trees and shooting stars together! No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.
There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
